My aunt picks up the box and places it on the kitchen table, "Rae I already told you I need you to put all of these dishes away."

I look up from the box and at my aunt, I place the black notebook on a box beside me and place the pen atop, "I got it, sorry I was busy-"

"Don't give me an excuse just get to it Rae."

I grab the dishes and put them into a bunch of Styrofoam peanuts, or at least that's what they call them. They as in connecting things that looked alike, I have to say they do look like peanuts, I stack all the dishes up and hear a squeaky voice calling me from the living room.

"Raelyn, Raelyn!"

I walk out the kitchen towards the hall of the living room there is water everywhere on the floor, I rush into the room, I'm pretty sure no one walked into the kitchen for water. I look inside and there is Andy knees on the floor looking down to the ground and there next to him is his fish bowl sitting up, "Andy, what happened?" he couldn't have dropped the fishbowl cause it's still intact.

"I-I went to show you Leo, but the water started going everywhere and I ran here so you wouldn't see, and-and I'm sorry...Leo, he isn't moving." Tears started strolling down his cheek.

I placed my hand on his back and bent down next to him, "Leo is going to have to go with his family, and they can help him. Okay?"

Andy jumped up with a big smile, "You mean with the sharks and dolphins?" I nodded and smiled.

"b-but how is he going to get there?"

I looked out the living room and back at him, "The quickest way possible." I clench my jaw and look at the dead goldfish that isn't going to see anymore life, ever. I reach out my hand and pick it up, it slides down and I grab it again I place it in my hand and cup it closed, we run down the hall to the bathroom.

"Andy open the toilet."

"The toilet?" he asks confused.

I nod, "Yes just open it."

He lifts the toilet lid I drop the fish into the toilet. "Is there anything you would like to say before he leaves?"

"Yes! But momma needs to be here." he steps into the hall holding onto the door still, "Momma! We are saying bye to Leo!"

"What? He died?" she yelled back.

My eyes widen, did she just...say that?

"What you mean momma?" his voice lowered as his mom walked towards him down the hall.

"I uh meant nothing, ha-ha." She smiles and looks towards the toilet.

Andy begins to talk, "I will miss him when he becomes a- I heard the TV say this, a badass-"

"Andy!"

I laugh, "I will miss him too."

His mom nods and she places her hand on the toilet lever, "g'bye Leo."

Andy waves his hand and smiles.

The toilet flushes, and down goes Leo, and down goes Andy's sadness. And there went 5 minutes of mylife for an animal that only would've lived for a month.
