"I think that's everything. Thanks Dad." I said to my father. I held my hand up for a high five . " No problem, F/N. I'm just glad your moving out of this apartment." He high fives me back. I laughed ," Well, what are we waiting for? Let's pack all this stuff into the moving truck and go to the new place!"
A few minutes later.
[At the house with boxes everywhere]
"Well, dad, do you think you could start putting stuff up on your own while I go introduce myself to my new neighbors?" I ask patiently, " Of course, Hun. I'm fine here, you go on." I walk over and give my Dad a hug, " Thanks! I'm going to go get dressed into something more appropriate than an old dirty shirt." I walk upstairs and find my favorite F/C sweater in my suit case. Perfect! Pulling the sweater on I also slip on a pair of jeans and jog down the stairs. " See ya later Dad!" I walk out of the door. I hope my neighbors are nice.
