"Ok," Thomas says, and before you have time to react, his lips are already on yours. Everyone looks shocked. Your eyes get wide. Everyone here, except Thomas, knows better than to do anything like that because you and Gally have a thing. Knowing that Gally will be so mad, you break away from the kiss right away. Thomas has a huge smile on his face, and you have a fearful look on yours. You look across the group to see a scowl on etched on Gally's face, his eyes hard as stone. His fists are clenched so tight his knuckles are turning white. Thomas doesn't seem to notice, but you do. Just as you move to go talk to Gally, he's already on top of Thomas, punching him as hard as he can.

Thomas' nose is already gushing blood. He tries to struggle out of Gally's grip, but it's no use. Gally is a strong guy, but once you add jealousy, anger, and a dash of hate into the mix, you might as well give up. He becomes too tough to beat. He does have one weakness though, one thing that can stop him from beating Thomas to a pulp. That thing is you.

You run over to Gally, "Gally! Stop this! It was just a dare! Thomas didn't know any better! No one had told him yet!" you shouted. Gally pauses for a second, fist raised, processing what you just said to him. He punches Thomas one more time and dusts himself off as he gets off of Thomas. He goes over to you and kisses you passionately on the lips.

Snaking his arms around your waist, he turns to Thomas, who, by this time, is all bloody, and says, "You're lucky (y/n) stopped me. Next time you so much as look at her in a way I don't like, you won't live to see another day," he growled in warning. You laugh to yourself. Gally can be overprotective, but little did everyone else know, he was actually a softie who could put on a very convincing act. You make a mental note to apologize to Thomas later as you and Gally walk away together, hand in hand. Gally takes you to your special spot in the Glade that no one knows about, so you two won't be interrupted. You both are lying in the grass. Your bodies are pressed up against each other, and his arm is draped around you, as you rest your head on his shoulder. You both stare up into the sky, gazing at the stars.

"You didn't have to beat him up, you know. Thomas is a nice guy, despite what you think. All I had to do was tell him that I was yours, and he would've backed off."

"Yeah? That's a pile of klunk. He needs to learn that you're mine, and that that's the only way he'll know it." You roll your eyes, knowing that no matter what you say, Gally's opinion will stay the same. He's so stubborn and overprotective, you think to yourself. But that's one of the things I love about him. You smile to yourself. "What?" Gally asks, as his eyes, once hard before, now soft, filled with love as he gazes into yours.

"I just really love you," you respond.

"I love you too," he replied, as you two share as sweet kiss.
