So Unexpected But Expected

JUVIE. This is my home away from home. And not just for me but for a bunch of other teens. My name is Angel Garcia. I was born in America but my parents are from Mexico but move to America when they got together and then had me. I have been to juvie a lot. Oh yeah, I'm 16. since I have been sent here a lot they know I just do silliness just to come back. Sometimes when they have no more room left, they just send me home on house arrest. My parol officers name is Melissa Joseph. For a long time I have been with her, so the both of us are close now.

So in this juvie, we share our rooms with boys if there is no more room on their side. (The people that run this place are so cheap.) It just so happened that I was one of the " lucky" girls to be paired up with a boy. I think he was brought in here for vandalizing things. The boy had short shaggy hair with frosted tips he also had piercings. his body was a bit muscular and the girl here just loved to fawn over him. (That definitely doesn't yell wanna be, bad boy,) but I should not be one to talk. Right now my hair is bleached because I was planning on getting my hair died but I was brought here because they found out it was I that stole the slushy from 7 eleven. I have 8 piercings, 1 on my belly button, 1 on my tongue, 3 on my right ear and 3  on my left ear. I also have a tattoo of angel wings on my back because I'm an "angel." wink wink

I'm a really, and when I say really I mean really lazy person, but somehow my roommate always got me to do the stupidest and craziest things with him. Like this, on time we started a food fight and then escaped untouched and the went back to our room so we would not get caught, and the guards still don't know we started it. just thinking about it makes me laugh. but one day he was just gone and I didn't get to see him or even say goodbye. I later found out they moved him to the guys' side because they got more room. I didn't even get to see him anytime after then because I guess we had different schedules now so we didn't have lunch time, gym time, or even team building together.

It was my free time so I went outside and sat on the benches with some people I talk to but today I was tired. So I just lay there with my eyes closed listening to their conversation. after a while of them talking, Chance called my name "Angel..........." with a bit of worry in his voice. " yeah"I answered still lying down." Did you happen to do anything to get you in trouble recently" he asked in a hushed tone. " No nothing that I can think of. Why?" "well Melisa I walking in our direction," he said. As he said that I shot up from lying down, trying to remember if I did anything bad I did. Then it clicked was it the lighter I found the other day ( I have to act normal)

"Angel my boss just called and said that you have been on a good behavior streak for a few months, he thinks that you have learned your lesson and that you should be sent home. he already called your mother and informed her about it so she will be expecting you. I was told that I will have to visit you ever so often t make sure you are good" Melissa explained. Everyone around me that heard was shook to the moon. it's not every day someone is sent home and not someone like me but I was glad to go it started to get a bit too boring for my liking. Plus I bet my mother would be ecstatic to see me. "So go pack up your stuff and ill meet you in my office in 30 minutes, ok." Mellissa continues. "sure" I replied lazily.

I walked to my room and gathered my stuff and put them in a bag. As I was walking on my way toMaliss'as office I said bye to a few people. I went to her office where she was sitting and filling out some documents. she looked up at me " WOW that was fast you must be really eager to go." she said surprised. "Well, I do get bored a lot so a little freedom might be fun," I said smirking.     " Hey, I don't want you to come back," she said jokingly. "You know you love me~ I said laughing

she escorted me through the security and exited the juvie part of the building. Then we went into a different room and I was given my clothes and jewelry.i was allowed to change into my normal clothes. then we went to melissas car so she can drive me to my mother. I wonder how my mother will feel when she sees me again.
