You woke up from your nightmare, alone in the little motel room in the town Snowdin. Your breath shown in the dark room, the only light was from the small alarm clock in your room. You let out a sigh, it was your first nightmare away from home and you didn't like it. Slowly getting up and slipping on your slippers, letting out soft but cold harsh words "Why was it so fucking real!" You heard a soft groan from the next room and rolled your E/Color. Reaching over to your phone on your nightstand and turned it on, having a text from a certain skeleton you might two months ago, you sorta had a thing for the small skeleton. You smiled slightly as your opened it, reading what it said
Sans: {knock knock? }
You read and replied back with a smile
You: {Who's there?}
Sans: { Howard?}
You weren't expected him replied so fast thinking that Sans would be asleep considering that it was about 1:30 am. But you couldn't sleep either so you went along with it.
You: { Howard who?}
Sans: { Howard I know? I just wanted to talk... ;) }
You smiled slightly letting out a soft laugh and closed the messaging app and called him, letting the phone ring you looked out the window and sighed slightly, the ringing of the phone filled you with determination. But waiting felt like it you weren't getting anywhere. Until you heard a ringtone echoing from your room, turning around quickly and scared you. Seeing the short but full skeleton holding the phone as her answered keeping that permeant smile on his face looking up at you. As you looked at him and spoke "Sans what the hell!" He then let out a laugh as he hung up and spoke "well I texted you, then you called and I invited myself over... Hope you don't mind..". Your body shivered and looked at the door still seeing it locked, but you knew that sans had this power that was magic but he wouldn't tell you, still having a worried expression from your nightmare his laughter stopped as he walked over to you and reached up and touched your cheek "you ok Y/N? You don't look so good.." Your cheeks started turning red as he touched your cheek but you simply nodded and smiled hiding the earlier nightmare.. "Of course I'm ok. Now that your here but..." You sat on your bed as he sat beside you with his blue cheeks shining in the dark room as you spoke "I had a nightmare and I couldn't do anything... Something was wrong..." Sans looked to you, the white lights in his eyes disappeared, like maybe he closed them but his words came out dark "what about the nightmare was such bad about it...?" You heard the change in his voice which was a weird thing but you told him about it, watching his eyes light up as you let out a soft yawn "Y/N, you said it was a dark shadow in your dream... With one glowing red eye... And he or it spoke to you..." Hearing him repeat it made you shudder "yes I told you... It was weird... And scary I c-couldn't move..." You felt his arm wrap around your back and pull you into a tight hug, your cheeks turning red once more, slowly wrapping your arms around his body into a tight hug as he whispered to you softly "your gonna be ok... It was only a dream it meant nothing... I won't let anything happen to you I promise... Y/N.." Hearing his soft, yet deep voice made you feel protected besides, you didn't realize that you fell asleep with your head on his shoulder. But you started having that dream again hearing the deep voice along with a laugh, you sitting in the center of the room and heard a laugh.
Why. Why are you IGNORING ME!
"Please let me go..." You let out a whisper only to hear it echo
The laughing grew silent before the room went dark as the voice spoke
You. Won't. Escape. Human. You. Will. Die. If you don't... Press... RESET.... He'll hurt you... But I won't... Just stop ignoring me and stop going to him... He hates you... But you won't listen... Just please... Come to me.... Y/N.
