Meeting Him

Usagi's P.O.V
It's Monday. The new kid is coming today. I was so nervous. I kept wondering if he would treat me as everyone has been, well excluding Ami.

I saw a kid I didn't know before walk towards the school door. I guessed it was him. He was very tall, handsome....Wait snap out if it Usagi!

"Um excuse me, But I am looking for a girl named Usagi." He said looking at a piece of paper.

"Oh! Sorry! That's me. Hello. Nice to meet you." I said blushing a bit. I stuck out my hand. I heard him chuckle a bit.

"Nice to meet you." He said taking my hand.

"Would you like a tour of the school?" I asked him.

"Yes please. By the way, my name is Mamoru." He said. I smiled and led him on a tour through the school.

Mamoru's P.O.V

This nice girl Usagi was showing me around. This school was big, but not as big as my old one. We share some classes together but mainly cause some classrooms are bigger than others, and they have a lot of students this year.

"Next is the chemistry class." She says as we walk in. I see others setting there stuff up. I see one girl eyeing me, and the others were looking at Usagi.

The one girl walks over to me.

"Hey there handsom. My name is Saori (Say-or-e). I am the part of the popular crowd. Want to sit with me at lunch?" She had asked me. I thought about it.

"Oh, hey Bun-head." I hear. I look at Usagi. She has her face covered with her hands.Then I began to wonder, does she bully her?

"S-Stop calling me that...." I heard her say. Saori stepped up to her, shoving me aside.

"Excuse me? You don't talk to me like that." I was shocked.

"You're not my mom, or my boss!" Usagi said taking a step forward making Saori step back. I saw Saori step back up to her.

"Well I will make you listen to me. I can call you whatever I want!" She said slapping Usagi. Usagi fell on her bottom. Then Saori punched her in the stomach. Usagi looked like she was about to cry, but was holding her tears in.

"Hey! Leave her alone!" I said making Saori step back away from Usagi. I picked Usagi up.

"You are supposed to respect others! Not beat them!" I said before leaving. I walked with Usagi to the nurse's office.

We got there and I knocked on the door. The nurse opened the door. She gasped.

"Here, lay her on the bed." I did as told. I sat next to Usagi. I could hear her breathing hard.

"This is the second time this month..." I heard the nurse say. I froze.

"Second....Time?" I asked looking at her. She nodded.

"Yep. Last time, a girl with blue hair brought her in last week." She said. I nodded in an understanding way.

"Do you know what happened?" She asked. Before I could answer, Saori came bursting in.

"Oh my gosh! Usagi!" She then ran over and grabbed her hand. I could tell she was faking. I gave her a death stare.

"Saori? What are you doing?" I said with an annoyed tone. She then got up and let's go of Usagi's hand, and left.

"She almost always does that." I heard a different voice. I looked at the door to see a girl carrying books, and had blue hair.

"A-Ami?" I look over at Usagi. She was sitting up a bit. I grabbed her hand, telling her to be quiet and rest. She understood and layed back down. I then let go of her hand. The girl walked over and sat next to me looking at Usagi.

"My name is Ami Mizuno. But just call me Ami." She said. I nodded.

"I'm Mamoru." I said. She nodded.

Later

I walked to the front of the building. I stopped. I saw Saori and her friends. Then I heard my name being called.

"Mamoru!"

I turn and see Usagi's cheery face. I smile.

"Are you okay?" I ask her. She nods.

"Yep!" She then gave me a hug. I blushed a bit.

"Also, thank you for taking me to the nurse's office." She said.

I walked to her home. I saw her get in her house. I walked home to my apartment. Then I went to bed, dreaming of tomorrow.
