~Misaki's POV~

I awoke to someone calling my name.
"Misaki, Misaki, MISAKI WAKE THE HELL UP!!!!" I heard someone yell at me. That's what made me at least open one of my eyes. I sighed and looked at the clock on my bedside table which read 6:30 am.

"What are you doing in here?" I asked as my friend dragged me out of his spare bed.

"We have school in a bit so get up, go take a shower, and get dressed then come down for something to eat!" He yelled, again, and with that he left the room laughing like a mad man. He did this a lot so I was used to it. I sighed and got a towel and my uniform then went and took a shower.

I came downstairs only to be knocked to the ground by a hug from my friend. God he was so weird.

"You're finally up Misaki!!" He exclaimed, smiling huge.

I laughed and smiled back, "Yes I am up, thank you for noticing Jake" I said getting back up onto my feet and got something to eat quickly before noticing the time. "Hey we need to go now or we won't make it in time." I said, running out the door leaving Jake alone in the house.

I had almost forgotten to tell you guys, Jake is my best friend always has been since I can remember. He has short black hair and crystal blue eyes, I'm kinda jealous that he has those eyes but he's jealous of me so I guess it's fine. But jake is always hyper and mainly has a smile on his face.

~Jake's POV~

"Misaki, Misaki, MISAKI WAKE THE HELL UP!!" I yelled. It seemed to work because he got up and got ready for school as I was trying to figure out what to eat. Misaki came down stairs and I attacked him with a hug causing him to fall over along wih dragging me down as well.

I smiled huge and said, "You're finally up misaki!!"

He just seemed to laugh a little and say, "Yes I am, thank you for noticing Jake" he smiled and stood up. The next thing I know he ran out the door saying we were going to be late. I quickly grabbed my things and ran out the door behind him and after running about half way we started walking.

I was trying to catch my breath as he laughed at me. He's super athletic and he says its because he's a Neko so he can run fast. I still don't buy it, I honestly think he runs everyday but just doesn't want to admit it.

But yeah Misaki has snow white hair that I'm so jealous of. But the thing I'm super jealous of are his eyes. They are different colors they are so cool! But he doesn't think so; one is red and the other is a lavender, I mean what could be cooler than that? He also has cat ears that are white like his hair and a tail to match.

~Misaki's POV~

We finally made it to school, of course me getting the normal stares that I always get when it's my first day if school. Yep, you got that right, today is my first day. I have recently been moved from a pet shop to another one, but the owner thought I should hang out with someone so they had me stay over at their sons house. They also put me in school so I don't have to be in those stupid cages at the pet shop. If I get sold to someone while I'm at school he said that he has information about me and a picture to show them.

"So where do I go?" I asked, leaning over to Jake who just smiled and led the way.

"Principle Mill." Jake said getting the attention of the man behind a desk in a room that was labeled office.

"Yes Jake?" He asked and looked at him, then looked at me and raised an eye-brow.

"This is Misaki," Jake smiled huge at me then continued, "he's the new student."

The principle seemed be staring at my ears and tail which went down and hid in my hair as my tail hid behind me. Once this happened he seemed to snap out of it, "Oh yes, that's right, we were getting another student. Please show him around, and here is his schedule." he said, handing Jake a piece of paper and with that we left.

"Yes!" Jake almost yelled and it made me jump.

"W-what?" I asked trying to calm down my ears and tail going back to normal.

"You have all the same classes as me besides Art, Music, and P.E.! Man I wish we had P.E. together. I would have totally beaten you in running!!" he said which made me laugh.

"You wish!" I said as he smiled and I returned it.
