"Oh god I'm freaking out! " I shrieked.

"Just calm down, sheesh. " Eli commented, causing me to stop pacing around my room and glaring at her.

"Do not ever tell a girl who's not calm to calm down! That's like common sense and aka, the third most important rule in friendship status! "

Eli raised her eyebrows and frowned, but I swear that she had that playful glint in her eyes. "Friendship status? "

"Ugh, never mind. " Mumbling choices of words, I sat down on my bed, trying to calm down. Of course, it didn't work.

"Well," Eli said, looking at me, "What do you do when your stressed?"

"I...sing?" Somehow, it came out like a question...

Eli's eyes widened in surprise and gave me a grin. "Serious? That's awesome! I can't sing, at all. I sound like a duck who's going to be slaughtered and I bet ten bucks that your ears will bleed when you hear me sing. " She stared at me, before adding, "It happened before. "

"Come on, " I said, rolling my eyes, "It can't be that bad. " Or could it?

Eli raised her eyebrows at me again, givin me the smug look. "Wanna bet? But first, let's get you to sing a song. "

I bit my lips and shook my head furiously. No way am I going to sing. Never. Nuh uh.

"Deal. " Springing up from my bed, I walked over to my guitar and bought it back to my bed before I sat down.

"That was easy, and your going to lose it anyway. Prepare to get your ears bleeding later on girl. "

Why Jensen, why?! You could have agreed, now your going to lose the ten bucks. Just shut your mouth would ya?

"Why don't you shut your mouth? " I mumbled, stringing a few notes.

"NOTHING! "Strumming my guitar, I started my song that would pay me ten bucks.
