Ok so in the summer I told my dad what I listened to and I've told him what I listen to more recently as well and both times, he's made fun of the bands. I told him how I listen to Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, My Chemical Romance, 5 Seconds Of Summer, stuff like that. He thinks I shoild be listening to his bands and not listen to my bands or something. He thinks the bands he listens to are sooooo much different and sooooo much better. He listens to Green Day who I will admit are fucking awesome but I don't think my parents would let me listen to them just yet. But what he doesn't see is that Green Day is quite similar to my bands. Plus he's never even listened to my bands which he has admitted. If he took the time to listen to my bands and was a stubborn person and tried to hate them, he would see why I like Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, and My Chemical Romance. And maybe 5 Seconds Of Summer because there are a few similarities with 5SOS and Green Day. Rant over but just don't judge music you've never heard.
