I'm not trying to steal your beautiful spotlight
I'm not trying to copy your beautiful writing
I am merely wanting to show love to those who feel
That they
Cannot
If I could
I would be your student
You have taught me well
And I have taught you well
You have taught me strength
And I have taught you love
We have so much in common
We have so much to love
We have had so many struggles
So much to give us future strength
I have gotten much better than before
And so will you
I will lend strength and love
If you lend me strength and love
Hugs are how we say "I Love You."
Compliments sent back and forth between us
Compliments of beauty and sentences filled with love
Only one sentence can say it plain and straight
But still cannot say how much
I love you.
