WHENRosemary Queen, the quick witted forensic scientist from Starling City moved to Central City the day of the Particle Accelerator explosion, she had no idea what she was getting herself into.
After being sheltered by her older brother Oliver Queen practically her whole adulthood, being out on her own felt like a breath of fresh air. She wasn't aware, however that it would be her last breath for a while, as she is sent into a coma for nine months after being struck by lightning.
Then Rosie and another lighting surviver Barry Allen become CSI partners, and everything seems to fall into place. That is until two speedy vigilantes meet. One red, one blue.
