RANDOM 32 - Pretty Picture?

I took this picture last night when it was raining outside. I thought it looked pretty cool, but that's only because I took the picture.

So what do you guys think? I know that this doesn't really count as a chapter, but there's going to be a new rant today thanks to the help of @swaggywhitesides!

She gave me the rant idea and unless you look back and find it, there are no hints!

Another thing, she last night made an imagine about Tyler Oakley and I highly recommend it for anyone that likes Tyler. Or me! She had a contest and I won, so that's why she's getting tons of shoutouts. (Not really)
