"Yung where yo' truck at?" My brother, Travis asked walking in my house "Don't tell me you done got it towed" he said flopping on my freshly made bed

"No, I didn't get it towed it's at my job I caught the bus last night" I say fixing my uniform

"Stop lying you ain't take no damn bus" he says laughing

"Yes, I did me and my coworker Beautiful rode the bus together" I tell him

"She better be bad as fuck gotcha' ass riding buses and shit" he said

"It ain't even like that, I just didn't want walking and riding the bus by herself" I explained

"Mhmm if you say so" he said clearly not believing me

"I'll see you when I get off, lock my door when you leave and tell Jamal and Mel to call me I gotta go get Beautiful" o say grabbing by name tag and leaving

I walked up Beautiful's drive way and knocked on her door

"It's open August" she yells

I walk in closing and locking the door behind me her house smelt like peaches or mangoes or maybe a little bit of both

"Where you at tho?" I asked looking around

"Kitchen" she yells

I walk in her kitchen and she is smoking some hookah in a powder pink one piece that made her titties look so good

I say a few times to myself and cleared my throat

"I know you not bout to go to work high" I say

"Mhmm" she nods giggling

"Who gave it to you?" I asked

"My brother's girlfriend she said I needed to loosen up" she swaying side to side

"You can loosen up after work but we have to be at there in 45 minutes" I tell her

"Let me get my sunglasses and hat then I'll be ready" she says

"Hurry up" I tell her sternly

"Shut up August" she says mushing my head as she walked past

"And where is your uniform?"I asked as we walked out the front door

"At work" she says

"Damn Mami" a random guy says approaching us "Can I get ya' numba" he asked looking at Beautiful up and down

"I know you see my boyfriend standing here" she says attitude thick in ha' voice

"Awh my bad man I ain't know this was you" he said quickly walking away

"Last time I checked I was single" I say smirking at her

"Shut up, you know you would've did the same thing" she says as we reached the bus stop

"True" I say lightly bumping her with my shoulder

"Keep your hands to yourself Augustine" she says playfully pushing me

"Very funny" I say sarcastically laughing

"Here come the bus" she says

"Don't change the subject" I laughed

August kept his word, we rode the bus to work together and it was kinda cool I guess

"Thanks" I tell August as we walk in Applebee's

"No need to thank me" he says nonchalantly

"You're such a sweetheart" I teased pinching his cheeks

"Stop" he says grabbing my hands

"No" I say going back to pinching his cheeks

"Ohh girl this you?" I hear Tatiana ask

"This is my coworker August, August this is my brother's girlfriend Tatiana" I introduced them

"So you gave her the hookah?" August asked

"Guilty" she says

"Nice to meet you" he said shaking her hand

"Nice to meet you too, brother in law" she says smiling

"We're just coworkers T" I tell her

"For now" she smirks

"Tatiana imma tell Daniel how you set his Stephen Curry Jersey on fire and lied about it being in the cleaners" I smirked

"I'll leave you alone" she says quickly

"That's disrespectful" August says

"No, it's not they ain't got shit on the Cavaliers" she argued

"You sleep on Klay, Stephen, and Draymond" he says and I'm surprised because he doesn't look like the basketball type

"And you sleep on Kyrie, Kyrie, and Kyrie" she says and we all start laughing

"That's the only basketball player she really know" I say laughing harder

"That's the only one I need to know the rest of them are trash" she says defending herself

"I'm done with y'all let me get to work" he says walking off to the back

"Nice meeting you Mr Lightskin" Tatiana yells to him and he laughed

"Same" we hear him say

"Girl that man is all kinds of sexy" she says dramatically fanning herself

"I'm telling Daniel" I say pulling out my phone

"Stop I take it back" she said quickly snatching it out my hand
