Who Do You Like? | Luke Skywalker

The wait for the pilots to come back was agonizing. Especially when Luke was out there risking his life to destroy the Death Star. I mean yeah we aren't dating and all but he's really cute. And funny. And sweet. And did I mention CUTE? Anyway he's a good friend. Just I think he might like Leia. Who wouldn't? She's a princess, she's beautiful, and she's everything I'm not. Everyone loves her. It makes it hard to dislike her when she's really nice to me too! But anyway...
I am currently pacing around outside of the control room. I hear foot steps and look up to see Leia walk up. "Hey," she smiled and put a hand on my shoulder,"It's ok. They're on their way back! Han came back to help Luke!" she exclaimed. I think my eyes burst out of their sockets. "Come on!" she said grabbing my hand and running off to where everyone is. I slowed as we approached. Leia jumped into his arms and then Han joined. I figured I'd just let them have time together. I sadly smiled and hung back as everyone celebrated over the,well, death of the Death Star. (😂idk about u but I found that kinda funny) After Han, Leia, and Luke broke apart. They just smiled and walked off leaving me all alone. I sighed in sadness and figured Luke and Han were going to get an award. I was right. In a matter of hours, we were all gathered as Luke and Han were given an award for their bravery I guess. Once it was all over, I quietly retreated away from the celebrating crowd. I was soon followed by Chewy. Yes I could understand him. He made a little wookie noise and our conversation went on with me talking and him responding in his language.
"Chewy I'm fine."
*wookie noise* (lol idk how to write what he sounds like)
"I'm serious. I'm fine!"
*noise*
"Ugh fine it's my feelings about Luke!"
*noise*
"No he doesn't. I'm almost positive he's in love with Leia."
"Actually I'm not in love with Leia," he said stepping around from the corner. My face felt hot. How much did he hear?! I mentally slapped myself. Chewy walked away leaving us alone. "So how much did you hear?" I coughed a bit. He shrugged,"Oh you know. Just enough." Luke started walking towards me with a devious grin on his face. "Well you know, I do like someone," I started backing up,"She's smart, witty, clumsy, and adorable," my back hit a wall. Shit I'm stuck. I looked down and fiddle the bracelet on my wrist. "And she's really cute when she messes with the bracelet on her wrist when she's embarrassed or nervous." I froze. He likes me? Luke brought his hand up to my chin and lifted it up to make me look at him. "Why didn't you see me after I got back?" he asked. I swallowed and said,"Um we-well I thought you just ya know, wanted to see Leia and Han more th-than me." "They could've waited. I was ready to pick you up and spin you around in my arms but you never did come to see me," he said softly. Somehow through this whole conversation, we were getting closer and closer together. "You know, I just thought you and Leia had feelings for each other so I stayed out of it," I spoke in a whisper. "But. We. Don't," he said slowly just as his lips were sealed to mine. My hands went to his shirt pulling him as close to me as possible, as his hands grabbed my waist and pulled me as close to him as possible. "Pay up fuzz ball," Han's voice rang out. But we just seemed to ignore it. Chewy had let out his little noise in response to Han. They both laughed and just walked out. I was the happiest I could be right now.
