Reluctantly they pulled away but nodded.
I gave them one last hug before they walked out.
Don sat at a chair, his foot tapping impatiently.
I knew why.
"Go get acquainted with your Mate." I grinned.
He smiled but looked at Sam worried.
"Go. She'll be fine."
Don sighed but got up.
I stopped him.
"Thank you for being with her. Even if I didn't like you two sleeping together very much." I smirked.
His eyes widened surprised.
"I saw everything." I nodded.
He started stuttering and I couldn't help but laugh.
"Its okay. Go to your Mate."
He blushed and nodded quickly.
He closed the door behind him, leaving us alone.
It was 3:00 the clock read.
I sure could use a nap and shower.
I kissed Sam softly before taking a quick shower putting on a pair of gym shorts .
I turned off the lights and settled in next to Sam, wrapping my arms around her protectively.
I had missed her soft skin.
Her lavender smell.
She was still in heat, I could smell it.
It was the third day which meant it was her last.
My mouth watered.
I looked at her face.
She looked so innocent and beautiful.
Her hair was loose, the black veil gone.
She still wore the black dress.
I quickly slid it off and left her in her bra and panties.
I couldn't stand looking at that color anymore.
Slowly I slid the gloves off.
I kissed her softly before I fell asleep.
A smile on my face.
I was with my Mate.
**********Sam************
I opened my eyes confused.
Where was I?
How long had I been out?
I looked and the clock read 8:32 pm.
I had been out 5 hours!
What happened?
I remember the funeral.
So much crying.
So much pain.
Then a rattle.
Wood flying everywhere.
A black wolf.
...Chris?
Chris was alive!
I tried to move and frowned.
Strong arms held me tightly.
I took a big whiff.
My mouth watered.
