My name is Nixie. Nine years ago I watched my mother get murdered in front of me. I was hiding in some coral and they heard me scream. The guys that just killed my mother was going to kill me. They grabbed me by my arms and started beating me. The next thing I remember is I woke up on the human land with legs and my best friend laying on this flat, soft rectangular thing with all these things connected to me and she had legs to. I sat up and looked around. I found my brother with human legs too.
"Hey sleepy head", he said rubbing his eyes.
" Where are we and what am I doing with human legs?", I asked.
"Nixie, my dear baby sister. Moms dead and you were beaten almost to death. We have to go in hiding now. You have been asleep for two full moons" he told me.
