"According to the goverment...I don't exist, I never did and never will. I always blend into the back ground, the unseen and invisible. No one knows my name, no one knows where I came from. I have always been told what to do, what to think. Now you...actually acknowlege my existence...you always see me for who I am, not for my cover...and I really apprciate it."- Tripple-x

^_^ Don't mind these...there just quotes that you will read later on in the furture ^.^

I don’t recall how I met him. He was so romantic, mysterious and so cunning, it would almost be impossible for me to forget those dark eyes that held so many secrets.

All I remember is that it all started one stormy night, when I was walking home alone and the rain was pouring down on me, soaking my clothes till the last drop. I was walking home from Kathleen’s party, my supposedly best friend. I always believed her, I always put my trust in her too much. I guess this is why…when I found out she was keeping secrets from me, I failed to react properly.

Turns out Kathleen was lying to me about sleeping with my boyfriend, Brad, the schools quarter back. We didn’t rule the school or anything that was Kathleen’s job. I was one of those girls that she depended on when she was having a hard time with her home issues. She would always keep me at her side, always acknowledging my presence, and she even hooked me up with brad. I guess the only way brad would go out with me, is if Kathleen sleep with him, she told me.

She told me she really loved me, like a little sister, she told me she was only looking out for me. Until we both burst into tears. I screamed and screamed that she was lying till I could take it any longer and I ran away, I didn’t stop running until I knew I was at least a block away. That’s the thing about me…I always run away from my problems. I never have the courage enough to stand up to them. I know they really miss me…the popular crowd and all. I was there life support; I was there only true friend that actually listened to what they had to say.

And that’s when he came into my world, that same night when it seemed to be falling apart. He just came and swooped me off my feet and carried me until I smiled. I was walking down the empty sidewalk, with my head down, crying my eyes out. The rain pattered into the street, and the wind howled endlessly. Everything just seemed to complete my sour mood.

I was standing on the crooked pine, in the fluent street light above me, the spotlight showered over us. Just like that, and I felt like I was sweep away into a romance novel. I was standing there in the corner of crooked pine in the rain, waiting for the bloody bus to pass by and pick me up. And that’s when he came up from behind me and offered me a spot under his black umbrella. I refused, not knowing who this mysterious stranger was. He closed his umbrella and told me we could now both stand in the rain together. He told me he could tell that I’ve been crying, and I told him that I could tell he’d been angry. He asked me, how I knew…and I told him I could just tell. I was right apparently, and we just clicked. At that exact moment he made a silver rose mysteriously appear in his hand and he silently handed it to me. I suspiciously eyed him, and asked if he was a magician. He growled and said he always wanted to become a magician, ever since he was a little boy but things happen and it…prevented him from his own free will.

That’s when I recognized him; he was Alec Salvatore, a reserved boy that sat in the back of my biology class. He was a school newbie, barley a few weeks old and as mysterious as ever. He never tired to make any communication with any other students, and this was the first time I ever heard him speak. I always felt that I was being watched, but when I turned around nobody was even turned at my direction.
