Mizuki is an angel sent down from the heavens to look after young children who are having rough times. She will always try her best to make a child smile. Only children 16 and younger can see her. After reaching the age of 16, they will no longer be able to see her until they die.
Overall, Mizuki's mission is to seek out as many unhappy, struggling children as she can and make them smile. She never gets used to saying goodbye to the children once they reach 16 and always cries once the child is no longer able to see her.
