I Don't Want To Leave

Chapter 1

It was a cold winters afternoon and my friends and I are going to have a bonfire tonight on the beach mum and dad have grounded me because I broke into my house by smashing the front lounge window and mum and dad woke up and got really mad at me 1 for breaking the very expensive window and 2 for damaging the couch, a lamp an expensive coffee table. I was only trying to break in my house because I forgot my house keys and I was drunk from a party.

It was 5:00 pm and I thought I would start to get ready for my night. I walked into my room and went straight to my walk in wardrobe and picked out nice denim jeans, a bright pink tank top with a nice white jumper since it would be cold and my favourite vans. I walked into my bathroom and jumped into the shower and washed my hair and body than got out with a towel around me I put a little makeup on, I put on a little foundation, mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow on with red lipstick. When I was finished and happy I put on my cloths and I went down stairs to the kitchen and made sure mum and dad were not there and grabbed my keys and purse off the bench and got in my car and went to the beach.

When I got there I saw my best friend Grace I ran up to her and yelled "GRACE!" she turned around instantly and and started running towards me and yelled "JADE!". I gave her a big huge and we sat in front of the fire with a variety of alcohol. We instantly started a conversation about our future career paths and what we wanted to do.

"I am so glade I don't have to worry about assignment and school work anymore" Grace said and took a sip of her drink

"I don't see the difference between it apart from waking up so early" I say back

" yea you never did anything but talk and do stuff that is not school related" she said.

I looked towards the water and saw a man walking towards us when he got close the our group he said
"You guys be careful with that fire it is very windy and dry so just be aware of the dangers, I am a firefighter and I have seen the results of many beach fires"

I looked at him, than to the fire than back at him than I walked to the fire and took out a lighter. The guy saw a walked next to me and said

"Put the lighter away and go back home this is not a safe idea"

A smirk formed on my face and I lit the guys jacket on fire and said

"Haha fire boy you are a flaming hot spark now!" I said and my friends were all laughing. The guys ran towards the sea and we ran to the opposite end of the beach. We were laughing for a while and then out of the blue and these police were surrounding us and the guys walked up to one officer and said

"She is the one who set me on fire" and he points to me. The officer came up to me and put me in handcuffs and told the rest of the group to go home.
