~(Lapis POV)~

Laying on the floor on a blanket with Steven and Peridot. Peridot didn't seem to understand the purpose of roasting marshmellows in the fireplace, its just for fun thats what Steven said to her early. She also hates eating the roasted marshmellows, there to chewy and sticky she said...

Now, Steven fell asleep, I have my eyes closed. Laying on my stomach on the Cookie Cat blanket. I should really put the fire out, plus it's bothering me... I tried to get up, put something is holding onto me. In the dim ligthing of the firelight I could make out who it was. Peridot. 

"Peridot, what are you doing?"
She opened one eye "Cuddling?"
"Why?"
"Steven said its a good way to get warm"
"Okay, can you let go for a second?"
She scoffed "Fine" She let go, and I put the little fire out, laying back down. Peridot wrapped her arms around my waist again, she sighed happily "This does work, I'm much warmer. Thank you for your repilling body heat, Lazuli"
"Body heat? Just call it warmth it sounds weird when you say it like that..."
"Okay... Night..." She closed her eyes again, basically falling asleep right away. I don't know how they can sleep, I don't like to sleep... Something could happen when your asleep, an ememy, or worst Jasper... Urg, I hate Jasper, they still haven't found her after we unfused... I'm surprised I even trust Peridot, Steven said she was nice, so I'm only going with that... 

I guess I'm staying up all night... I decided to wrap and arm around Peridot pulling her closer. She better not call me a clod when she wakes up...
