Chapter: 2

Meg's Pov

"Meg, come down stairs and help me with dinner" called mum. 

"OK I'll be right down mum" I replied. As I  got to the bottom of the stairs a delicious aroma came from the pot on the top of the stove. 

"Wow something smells nice" I said. 

"Well we are having guests for dinner, so I thought id make a nice soup" replied mum.

"Yum, but what guests? " I questioned mum. 

"Gina, Beau, Luke and Jai, are coming for dinner so could you set the table, then cut and butter the bread rolls?" Mum explained, without taking her eyes off the soup.

 "Yeapp" I said popping the 'p'. I quickly finished the table and got started on the bread rolls when the doorbell rang. "I'll get it" I screeched on the way to the door.

When the door opened it revealed Beau, Luke, Jai and Gina. "Hello Meg, I hope you don't mind, we've cone a bit early. I thought we could help your mum with dinner" spoke Gina. 

As I listened to Gina I couldn't help look at Beau, Luke and Jai who were pulling silly faces behind her. "Mums actually pretty much done so, its no problem" I reply. I welcome them in, Gina went off to the kitchen, and finished my job off the bread rolls for me.

Whilst the boys are followed me up to my room. Luke jumped onto my bean bag. Jai's sitting my computer chair, and Beau dived onto my bed. I went to sit on the ground. 

when Beau says "here Meg, you can come lie with me" he shuffles over so there's room for me. He has a smirk on his face that reaches his eyes its quite cute. I blush a little then go lie down with Beau.

 We are so close I can feel the warmth of his body, I can smell his deodorant, wait if I can smell his, he will be able to smell mine. Shit! I hope I don't stink.

My thoughts were interrupted when Beau placed his arm around my waist. I blushed. That when I caught eye contact with Luke, he was smirking at Beau. When we saw me watching at him, he looked away. 

"Who wants to play truth or truth?" I suggest. 

"That's no fun, dare or dares better!" Complains Luke. 

"Yeah but truth or truth gives us all a chance to get to know each other" I argued back.

"The bitch has a point" jai says with a grin. I give his death stares until finally he holds both hands up, as in to say I surrender. 

"OK its settled were playing truth or truth" Beau announces with saracastic excitement. \

"Meg, is it true you have kissed someone before?" Jai asks curiously. 

"Nope" I reply popping the 'p'. Beau, Luke and Jai all stare at me with shocked expressions.

"Not even once?" Luke asks. 

"Nope" I repeat. Beau opens his mouth to say something when he's interrupted by Gina. 

"Meg, boys, Dinners ready" we all heave ourselves from our comfy positions, being honest I didn't want to leave Beaus arms. I felt save lying there with him. 

We walked down stairs to 6 bowls of soup sitting on the table, I take a seat next to mum, Beau sits down on the other side of me. Gina opposite Mum, Luke opposite me, and Jai opposite Beau.

Beau's Pov

Before dinner as we lay there, it felt perfect. I felt complete with her in my arms. I know I only just meet her but I have already fallen for her in this short amount of time. 

I think Luke and Jai have picked up on me liking Meg, because when we were lying there Luke and Jai kept giving me cheeky smirks. I think Meg noticed because Luke quickly turned away avoiding eye contact with her for about a minute. I hope I haven't made it to obvious.

Luke's Pov

I think Beau likes Meg. I think Meg likes him back. I'm not going to tell him, Yet. As if I'm wrong I will have gotten his hopes up already and there is nothing worse than getting your hopes up just for them to crash and burn back down to earth. Although I have never seen Beau like this before. You can tell he really cares for Meg.

Jai's Pov

Beaus likes Meg, there's no maybes about it. I will get them together somehow, with the help of Luke. But for now, DAMN this soup Meg's Mum made is delicious!

Meg's Pov

After we finish dinner, the boys and I relax out on the couch to watch a movie. We watched "Titanic" as it was My favorite movie. I also found out it was Beaus favorite as well. 

Luke and Jai soon drifted off to sleep. As for Beau and I we stayed up and watched the whole movie. By the end I was bawling my eyes out into beaus hard chest.

I didn't look up but I could hear Beau quietly crying as well. My eyes got heavier and heavier, till blackness over took my eyelids.
