1~ Ah the joys of streetfighting.

*
I head into the dark alleyway hearing the low sounds of people cheering.

Perfect.

I slip into the crowd of people cheering and walk up to the front to see Daycrasher, one of my street fighting gang members, winning a battle against a muscular man.

"And Daycrasher wins!" The host shouts out and the man gives his money to Daycrasher. He grunts while limping away. Daycrasher put her arm up in victory as the crowd cheers once again.

Walking over to me, I give her a hug as my way of congratulating her.

"You were good out there babe." I start our conversation.

"Meh, it was nothing." She smirks. "He was a really weakling anyway." I laugh.

"Alright, Imma go have a little fight. Feeling energetic today." I say as Daycrasher nods. I step into the ring as the host smirks.

"Alright, we have a contestant! Looks like the one and only Deadbeat will be fighting today!" The crowd goes wild. Huh, guess everyone knows me. Well, I have been in the streetfighting biz for 2 years now. 3 when its Christmas. I take off my hoodie and pass it to Daycrasher, revealing me only wearing my sports bra and some comfy sweatpants.

What? Can't a girl wear sweatpants? Besides, I look absolutely amazing in them.

Suddenly a really muscular tall man enters the ring. He has dirty blonde hair and his eyes were downright gray. He had an eight pack and killer biceps. Overall, he looked pretty hot.

"What's your name, big guy?" The host asks.

"Killer dude." He says. I roll my eyes at that. What a lame name.

"Alright," The host stands in between of us. "Deathbeat vs killer dude! Fight!" She shouts heading close to the edges of the ring.

We circle around the ring, slowly getting closer. Once were close enough he makes the first move, pushing his fist towards me which I easily duck and punch his stomach where he groans in total pain. The crowd cheers on as I grab his shirt and punch his nose. It starts to bleed and he curses, making me laugh.

It's been ten seconds and already I'm winning.

He gets up from the floor and quickly punches my stomach.

"Ow," I say blankly, showing no signs of pain. "That hurt."

He tries to punch my face but I grab his hand quickly and punch his face repeatedly. Then with some power, I kick him to the ground and he lays down there, indicating that I won. And as usual, the crowd goes mental.

Geez can't people get better streetfighters these days?

The host comes towards me smiling and handing me the 2000 dollars we bet.

"The winner, as always, Deathbeat!" She raises my hands up and the crowd cheers as I looked at the boy who lost, sitting at one of the benches. I grab my money and walk over to the boy. He seems to be really tired. I sit down next to him and hand the money over to him. He looks at me, confused.

"Why are you giving me the money? I lost." He says.

"I know, but I know you need the money, it's obvious your really strong, but sometimes you need to make sure not to go too far. Besides, my family is super gross rich, I don't need the money." I say, placing the money in his hand as he smiles at me.

"Thanks, you're a good person."

"Oh yeah and one more thing."

"What is it?"

"Change your name. It's lame." I laugh, walking away, leaving him dumbfounded.

"Deathbeat!" My gang calls me over.

"Rincon, Killzaz, Daycrasher, Sweetpea, and Grazer! So nice to see all my babes." I hug my gang, chuckling. "Even though I kinda just met Daycrasher five minutes ago." We have a small laugh.

"So, why'd you come late babe?" Sweetpea asks.

"Homework as usual. My crazy mother also still thinks I'm having an affair with someone so she refused to let me out till I convinced her." I let out a chuckle. "Some things never change I guess. I wish I could stay guys, but I gotta gr8 to my other life for a date with my boyfriend of 2 weeks. He a loser lemme tell you." We all laugh.

"We know Deathbeat," Killzaz says.

"But we'll meet you at the alleyway in Lesser road tomorrow?" Rincon beats in.

"Yeah, see ya babes," I reply as I wave off, quickly putting my hoodie back on. "And see you, Daycrasher in school tomorrow."

"Ah, the joys of streetfighting," I whisper to myself, chuckling.
