~Otoya's POV~
Slamming the door shut, I ran down the hallway in a blind panic. If I didn't get down for practice, Tokiya would absolutely kill me! "Let me handle the alarms guys," he said, I thought in my mind, "I can take care of it, he said." I knew my senior meant well but sometimes I needed to listen to my roommate when Reiji decided to "take care of things".
Stumbling down the stairs, I managed to pull out another stick of gum. When the alarm beside my bed finally went off, I barely had enough time to pull on a pair of pants and a shirt, let alone brush my teeth or calm down my hair. I just hope that Nanami doesn't see me like this, I prayed. It's not like I was trying to impress her, but the other guys can understand when I'm like this, and I didn't want our composer seeing me look as if I had just rolled out of bed. Then again, I kind of did...
I was able to get to the last hallway before getting to the meeting room, when I stopped dead in my tracks. There was a girl sitting near the window, eating an apple and reading a magazine. I thought Nanami was the only girl in the building... No one was around; maybe she was waiting for someone?
"Hey, you okay?" I asked the girl. Her eyes shot up from the magazine and looked at me. I didn't know what to say next; she just stared at me with a look of disbelief.
A little bit later (I don't know how long that silence was), she finally snapped out of it. "Oh! Uh, sorry about that... I'm fine, thank you," she apologized, standing up from her little corner. Her brown hair curled as she twirled it around her finger. I didn't see why she had to be so nervous; I wouldn't eat her or anything!
At that point, I was the one who didn't know what to say. "Well...I, uh...are you here with someone?" I looked up and saw that she was blushing, mouth hanging open in shock. I wanted to slap myself in the face; that came out so wrong!
"N-N-No!" I blurted out, my cheeks instantly glowing bright red. "I didn't mean with another guy... I just meant...well...is someone coming to pick you up?"
"Y-yeah," the girl answered, the red disappearing from her face once I fixed my little slip-up. "He should be here soo-" she cut herself off and looked at the watch on her wrist. "No! He's outside right now!" And with that she nearly knocked me over, trying to dash to the building's doors. I wondered why she had to rush out without even saying goodbye, but then I looked at my own watch. Once I read the time, I started to run as fast as she had; I was on a tight schedule as well.

"Seven minutes late Ittoki," Ai began to scold me the second I burst into the meeting room.
"Aw, come on Mikaze," I whined. "We got back from our promotional tour last night! Couldn't we get a pass today for being a little late?"
"When you are the only one arriving after the designated time..."
"Ai-Ai, don't take it out on him," Reiji suddenly butted in. "I messed with the clocks last night and must have set his on the wrong time. It's my fault he was late."
"If that's the case, then he needs to behave more like Ichinose and learn to wake up earlier." I heard Tokiya groaning in the background; he hated it when he was brought into arguments.
"Anyway," another voice entered the conversation; turning around, I saw that it was Masato. "We need to get finished with practicing as soon as possible; we have to be at the main hall by noon."
"Oh yeah!" Natsuki added. "Didn't Shining say that he had something important to talk to us about?"
Syo crossed his arms over his chest. "I just hope he doesn't show up like he did the last time 'something important' happened."
"Aww, is little Ochibi scared the boss will bust through the wall again and send you flying across the room?" Ren teased.
"Shut up!"
