"Do you think he is ready Doctor? Waking him up early could have bad side effects, like multiple or split personalities, or other things." An unknown person or thing asked.
"We'll never find out until we try it, besides, we can put him back to sleep and iron out the side effects and bugs before waking him at the perfect time." Another Unknown voice replied.
A clicking noise was audible before noises of liquid draining from a glass chamber started, then all was silent until a slight hissing noise occurred, to tell that the chamber was opening, inside stood a black and red hedgehog. The hedgehog's eyes shot open.
"Hello my creation, I am professor Gerald Robotnik, you are, if you didn't already know, my creation, Project X!"
"What is my purpose of creation?"
"To do as I say and to act as a cure, for all diseases known to man!"
"What is the origin of my name?"
"You are the third to last attempt of the experiment, of which you already know, to act as a cure."
The hedgehog stepped out of the chamber and nodded.
"Understood."
"You are the first experiment I've added emotions to, so you can relate to patients more."
"You could have added them to past attempts, maybe you wouldn't have made so many attempts."
The professor chuckled to himself.
"Witty aren't you? Anyway your first patient is my granddaughter Maria, but don't act like she is a patient, be friendly with her, befriend her, it'll do her good to have a new friend."
