What Happens Next

The Beginning

   "Why do you have to leave dad !!!"

he wasn't saying anything , just kept gathering his stuff and ignoring my questions, my mom was just in the kitchen drinking her heart out. Am I the only one who cares around here?!?! As soon as the door was closed and he drove away I was broken, I don't understand what happen between them but I needa know. After i went to comfort my mom and bring her to bed i go in my room and smoked the last bit of weed i had left and went to bed.

      ** TWO MONTHS LATER**

"ALEX COME GET BREAKFAST YOU'RE GOING YO BE LATE TO SCHOOL!!!"

I finish putting on my makeup and looked in my mirror to see how i'm gonna look on my first day of high school. I'm wearing my favorite black ripped jeans with a cropped muscle kiss t-shirt. I guess you can say I'm ready, i grab my book bag and run downstairs to my mother waiting to leave to work, i grab my plate to go and hop in the car to get dropped off.

"Ok Lexi have a good first day ok ?"

"Yea ma thanks have a good day at work to". I smile and give her a kiss before i leave.

"Alexis Harris is that you ?!?!" I turn to see my best friends forever.

"Ahhhh Ramen,Tasha,Amber,Isa, and Elijah !! I've missed you guys!"

I gave them all a hug and look at their schedules we have all the same classes!! So we walk to class talking about our summer but i left out the divorce I'll tell them later i guess. Ms. Moon's English class is first. We all sit next to each other and as soon as the bell rings guess who i see walk straight into my class ?!?!?

Ramen leans over to me with a smirk played on his face ," isn't that your long time crush Damon ??"

I smack his arm and he laughed.

"why don't you just go talk to him Lexi??" Tasha says with a confused look.

"Can we just get our work done?" I blush and look at the board. The teacher stands up and announces a new student.

"Class we have a new student Damon James , why don't u have a seat next to that young lady?"

She points to me ?!?!? She pointed to me !!!!! Calm down, don't stare, just say hi and do your work. While all the "popular" girls roll their eyes at me Damon sits right next to me and smiles at me. So I just looked away.

Finally 45 minutes later in 6th period the bell rings and i hop up to go to lunch. Why the hell is Damon in all my classes?? Whatever couldn't be that big of a deal, while me and my crew are walking in the lunchroom we see Damon sitting at a table by himself so we decided to sit with him for some reason.

We sit for what seems like hours until my brave souled friend Amber speaks up.

"So Damon how was your summer??"

" Uhhh it guess it was good how was you guys summer?" he asked with a charming ass smile while looking at me.

While everyone is telling their stories about their summer i'm focused on Damon pretty damn hard, there's something strange about him but what?? He looks my way and flashes a smile and just when i thought he was normal his eyes turned a really deep dark blood red. My soul has been scared out of me, later when i was walking home in deep thought, i turn the corner to my street and bumped into Damon.

"Oh i...i'm sorry sir i was trying to..." i looked up to see a sexy Damon with a smile.

"Hi Alex can i walk you the rest of the way home??"

"Uhhh sure why not."

How can I say no to him his olive skin, jet black hair, and deep blue eyes. We walked to my house with very little conversation and guess what to my surprise he lives right next door what a fucking surprise!!! I say my goodbyes to him and he gave me a hug ,he smells so good , mint and Abercrombie and Fitch i think it is. As I pulled out my key to open the door I hear Damon say,

"See you tonight my beautiful princess, sweet dreams."

Ok that's it i'm scared as shit but also very curious to what's wrong in the whole picture,what is Damon? Is he ok ? There's something wrong and i need to find out. I walk in the house with my mom sitting at the table working, i say hi and head up to my room to gather my things for my shower. Once i was in the shower i was just thinking about Damon's words.

"I'll see you tonight princess, sweet dreams" plays in my head over and over again. What the fuck does he mean?!?! I try to forget so when i got out and went to my room i put my pjs on and turn on the t.v. the originals were on my favorite show.

A couple of minutes later i fell asleep but woke up from hunger. I get up to go to the kitchen for food. while walking downstairs i see a figure in my damn kitchen. I was gonna turn around but. Food man, it's food and no one will stop my from getting MY food. So i walk closer to the counter where the apples were and was about to grab one but a hand grabbed mine. I almost pass out from fright and when i looked up i saw Damon. Those same deep dark blood red eyes , jet black hair in a different styles this time, a spiked style, and he smiled, that smile but he had...FANGS ?!?!? i was gonna scream but his other hand covered it and he walked me over to the couch in the living room.

"Told you I'll see you tonight princess." he smiled at me.

I was stuck on words and just kept staring at him. I didn't know what to do. Well yea i wanted to eat my fucking apple but him. How could this be??

Damon confused as hell "are you scared of me??" he sounded sad or upset or something i couldn't tell.

I lied straight through my teeth and i'm pretty sure he knew i was lying "no i'm not scared but i am hungry and want my apple."

I was gonna get up to get the apple but he grabbed me and told me whispered in my ear.

"Alexis I need you" his voice got lower and he got closer, i tried to move but i couldn't, then he opened his mouth slightly, i screw my eyes shut. HE WAS GOING TO KILL ME !!!! NOOOOOO !!! just when i felt his breath get hotter, he kissed me my first reaction was so kiss back so i did,i melted but when i opened my eyes he was gone.
