16.)Plot Twist

"Tough crowd." He added and I rolled my eyes. "We have news about Jack." Cam said and I rolled my eyes again.

"I don't care about Jack." I said. They all looked at me as if I had three heads. "W-what?" Cam said and I shrugged.

"I don't ever want to talk to him." I said and Hayes looked over at them. "B-but Bria-" Nash started but I cut him off.

"I'm over and done with him." I said getting up. "Trust me Bria, you'll want to hear this." Hayes said.

I sat back down and Nash just blurted it out. "The body they found, the blood matched Jacks." He said.

I wanted to cry but I wasn't going to. I hated him. "I don't care." I said and snatched my phone back from Hayes and ran to my room.

I slammed my door and sat on my bed. I was pretty upset, and I started to cry a little but he never loved me so why should I care?

Cam came in and sat in my chair. "We thought you loved him." He said and I looked at him. "I did love him, but not anymore." I said.

"Are you even a little upset." He asked. "No." I said but that was a lie. "What happen to you when you left." He said.

"None of your business." I spat and he sat there in disbelief. "Are you high or something?" He asked and I got up and went to the door. "There's your exit, make sure it hits you on the way out." I said with a smile and he got up slowly and left my room. I slid down my door and started to cry. The one person I really truly loved, is dead

I called Declan and asked if I could go over. He said sure, so I left.

"Thanks." I said as I sat in his room. "No problem." He said. "Hey can I ask you something?" I said and he shook his head.

"Why are you being so nice to me?" I asked and he looked at me. "Because I don't have any reason to be mean to you. Calum and Matt have their twisted ways, but I don't want to be a part of them." He said.

I got up and hugged him.

"Thank you so much!" I said. "I honestly think you're adorable." He said and I started blushing.

"You're just being nice." I said and he shook his head no and sat up. "No I really do think you're adorable and you're nice." He said and I smiled.

"But if Calum checks in on us, we have to pretend that I'm beating you up. Are you good with makeup?" He said and I nodded my head. "Okay then you can just make fake bruises." He said and I nodded.

"My friends are coming over in a few hours, so if you want you can leave, you know if you feel uncomfortable." He said.

"I would rather stay here then go back home." I said and he looked at me smiling. "And I would love to introduce my new fake girlfriend to all of my friends." He said and I looked down at my feet.

"How about we get to know each other better." He said and I nodded. He patted a spot on his bed and I sat there.

*3 hours later*

"I feel like I've known you for forever." He said and I nodded. "We learned everything there is to know in three hours." I said smiling.
