Walking through the woods proves more difficult when you're trying not to lose someone trailing behind you. A very faint path lead to the cabin, one Eve had become accustomed to since she started coming up here right after she learned that her mother hadn't actually died during childbirth. Saphira however, was not used to the branches and fallen trees that laid on the trail that required a bit of finesse to maneuver around. It was slow, and took about a half hour to end up at the small shack surrounded by wildflowers with a small cobblestone path to the front door, more leading to the fire pit in the back.

Eve had agreed to the proposal she had been given during their awkward dinner pseudo conversation by the time the week had finished. She bean noticing the bland feelings that Saphira had pointed out to her. Rejecting the books on her night stand that she used to love, feeling restless when all she knew she had to do was her homework, and even being given detention when she actually managed to fall asleep in class.

"It's rather deserted out here, we shouldn't have any visitors."

Saphira nodded and surged forward with new confidence now that she was not being smacked in the face with branches and bramble. When she opened the door, Eve made her way to the couch sloppily placed in the middle of the room facing a small fireplace, sitting down and watching the taller girl observe the space. Saphira made her way through the living the room, eyes sweeping over every knot in the wood and making slight faces at certain details. She found the kitchen and the bedroom and set her bag of alcohol finally on the floor next to the couch before retrieving a cooler and handing it kindly to the smaller girl fidgeting where she sat.

Eve had agreed to one night, and, depending on the results, said she may consider it again, if it were worth it. Evidently, Saphira chose the quickest possible method of 'Exhilaration'

"I'm quite certain this is an awful idea." Eve sighed out the complaint.

"Yeah well," Saphira began, "Don't knock it 'til you try it babe." She said before taking the drink back and opening the fruity Palm-Bay.

Eve gave another sigh "What if I end up calling my dad?"

"Taking your phone"

"Get lost in the woods?"

"Not letting you go for a walk."

"Choke on my own vomit?"

"Eh, I'll give you mouth to mouth" Saphira smirked, shoving the can back into the hands of the fretting girl. "Man, I won't force you, but seriously, it's fun to let go now and then."

Eve found herself looking at the drink hesitantly. She shook her head, narrowed her eyes and as Saphira reached to take the drink back, tipped the can to her lips and gulped the contents down without pause.

"Eve! Jesus that's awful for you!" Saphira pulled the can from the lips of the smaller girl, effectively soaking Eve's shirt, and drops it carefully on the floor. "Shit! Sorry. How you feeling?"

"Wet. A little warm in my stomach. Not much different than usual." Eve's got a sour look on her face and moved to remove her shirt before realizing her company.

After a short intermission, where Eve found a comfy shirt she had left here weeks ago, and changed—miraculously—without bursting a blood vessel in her face, Saphira somehow found enough items to pour two makeshift shots. Eve downed hers and coughed for a good thirty seconds while the taller girl laughed on the couch and poured the smaller another.

The night went on and Saphira steadily and slowly fed Eve more alcohol, keeping an eye on her whilst also making sure she was good and hungover in the morning. Eve went from trying to remain composed while stumbling over her sentences, to slouching on the floor giggling at anything that moved and finally transitioned into tired honest, looking older than she was while hair hung in her face and her smile faded in and out.
