The Baddest Bidder
- Christian's P.O.V -
"Now, as I call out the last bidding for the night, I want to assure every gentlemen in this room that this girl is safely agreed to be bought." The Host held in his cheeky dimples, as 4 built men carried out a young girl trapped in a cage and carefully onto the stage.
The crowd anxiously murmured in their seats, and began to whistle at the final bidding.
Her brown lioness hair fell down at injured waist; she was bruised top to bottom. My heart sunk at the final prize; she reminded me of someone, yet I grew stuck on who?
"Ben!" I called out to one of my bodyguards. "Try finding out the girls full name, she looks familiar"
With a sharp nod, Ben jogged off.
I didn't know why but I grew the urge to buy her-
"$20,000!"
"$20,000 to Mr Chan signalling down the back!"
"$25,000!"
"$40,000!"
"$40,000! Do I hear 50, or perhaps 60!" The host eagerly grinned.
The biddings kept getting higher by the second, I couldn't help myself as I looked at her in anger.
"$100, 000!"
I looked to my right, and stood up in disbelief.
Mason?
He grinned at me, and sent over his signature wink.
What the hell was he doing here in Seattle, and why was he bidding in my company?!
"Sir!" I looked over to my right and watched as Ben leaned into my ear to whisper out the girls name.
"The girl he's selling is, Alaina Giovani"
My heart triggered multiple beats, and I fell back in my seat; Slowly washing away in my own thoughts.

Once upon a time...
"I'm going to catch you, Opal!"
Christian beamed running after his little Alaina.
Alaina squealed, and felt the bushes rake her sides as she ran through Christian's mystic forest.
"Keep wishing Sparky!" Alaina breathed heavily and quickly jogged up the hill where she and Christian found their tree.
Holding her dress by her sides, Alaina hid by the great big oak tree and watched out for Christian.
You could hear her heart beat loud and clear, as she grew nervous sighting Christian out.
Little did she know Christian was much smarter than to come out front-
"HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU TO CALL ME SUPERMAN!" Christian scooped up his Alaina from behind and tackled her to the ground.
Through the mountains and the sea, all you could hear was Alaina's scream.
"Because the only thing you save is your lollies!" Alaina finally responded, settled under Christian's body.
Dandelions surrounded the two friends, and their oak tree shadowed the sun from their starry eyes.
Christian muted Alaina's words and held in her features closely, observing every last detail from her rosy plumped lips, up her small nose, to her perfect, icy blue eyes.
She was his Opal, but not even the most expensive Opal would compare to how much he beautified her.
No one would ever lay a hand on his Opal, as long as Christian was around.
"Here," Plucking out a dandelion, Christian placed it in Alaina's small structured hands. "Make a wish and blow it out, Opal"
He smiled, something Christian rarely does.
"Hmm.." Alaina rolled her eyes playfully, and scrunched up her nose; deep in thought.
He studied her like an exam he would forget to study the night before, but the difference between a Test and his Opal, was that Christian wanted to study her every second of every day.
Alaina looked at the dandelion with a grin, closed her eyes and brought the plant to her lips. She gave it a kiss for good luck, wished and gave it a mighty blow.
"What did my Alaina wish for?" Christian grinned.
Alaina mischievously smirked and looked up at her sparky. "I wish that I could delete everyone in this whole wide world, but only keep you and Mason"

-Christian's P.O.V-
My heart was racing, my palms were sweating. The guns in my head fired when I heard the last say-
"SOLD!" The host shouted enthusiastically, "To Mr Mason Lopez himself!"
"Help me!" I heard the girl cry in the cage. "PLEASE!!"
I began breathing rapidly, my heart beats increasing uncontrollably and my anger flaming through my body.
I walked over to Mason specifically and pulled him in by his collar "Decline. The. Offer. Mason" I growled through his ear.
Mason smirked. "Why, because I finally have something you don't Christian? Alaina Giovani is Sold, to me"
He knew who she was all along!
I rolled his collar round my fists and brought him to my deathly glare- "Alaina Giovani is My Girl"
"Not anymore... Superman"
Mason snickered and walked away to claim his prize.
