before the story

i just need to clear things up before the story!!

so first things first, this is still a zac efron love story, it's just one of his characters from a movie, teddy sanders.

so this is technically a neighbors love story. if you haven't seen that move i recommend you do because it's hilarious.

that being said, there will be some spoilers in here! obviously they may not be accurate, but there's also a chance that some might be due to it loosely following the movie

so also, with THAT being said, it will be a lot like the movie, just things will be different. it's like any other fanfiction, however, and i know that this won't get that many reads.
