A Light In The Darkness: Chapter 1: Do you ever feel broken?

As the group lead their way back to the bus I spot something move behind a golden brown door I hadn't seen before. I stop and tell Macy that I am going back because I forgot my camera. We had just left the natural history museum as a school trip. Macy went to tell Mrs Ronald that I was going back, but she just made a face and carried on. I really did forget my camera, so I walk back to the museum and enter the doors and see a desk 'right where it was before' I think, nothing seems to be in the same place anymore.

I walk straight to the desk, avoiding any eye contact with the group of girls to the right of me, and ask the lady if anyone had handed in a blue camera. She reaches under her desk and pulls out a box, she puts it on the counter and carries on with what she was doing when I got here. I stand there like a lost fish, she gave me a look as if to say 'what, what are you doing?'. After a moment or two she says "Well, are you gunna look? Or are you gunna stand there and wait for me to look!" in a obviously bored tone. So I look in the box and pull out my camera, she then takes the box and throws it under the desk "Anything else?" she asks. "Do you know what the golden brown door near to the bus stop is for? By any chance." I ask. "Sorry lovely I haven't a clue." She replied, as though saying sorry for her behaviour. I say thank you and leave.

As I walk out of the main entrance I hear some giggling from behind me. I look round and see some girls wearing Hollister T-shirts and shorts, most blond hair, 'they must have bleached their hair' I think to myself. Where as for me I have dark blue hair with a neon red highlight on the left of my hair. Today I am wearing a Black Veil Brides T-shirt, my favourite band, with my dark blue shorts, also a falling in reverse bag, it says 'I'm not a vampire, but I feel like one' wrote on the front of it. I am also wearing my favourite platform shoes. I turn around and carry on walking back to the bus stop.

"EMO FREAK!" I hear one of the girls shout at me from behind.

I suddenly hear a male voice shout "Oi! Where are you going TWAT!?!" he sounds big, I start walking faster, but making it not so obvious that I am trying to get away.

I reach into my bag and pull my BVB pendant necklace out and hold onto it tightly.

I start mumbling the lyrics to Knifes And Pens. 'Oh! I forgot' I mumble, I pull out my headphones which are attached to my phone, I put the right headphone in and hear Saviour playing. 'That's what I need right now, my saviour'. I realise that I am about 5 minuets away from the bus stop. "Ouch!" I shout as something sharp hit my head.

As anyone's reaction would be I instantly turn around and put my hand on the back of my head. I see the group that were shouting at me earlier laughing at me, on the floor there is a stone. I pull my hand out from behind my head and feel a wet and sticky substance. I look and see blood dripping from my hand. I spin round and run to the bus stop. I can't see the bus! Where is the bus! "MACY!" I shout, no answer. "MACY!!!" I shout again. I feel a hand move slowly onto my shoulder and then onto the back of my head. "Thank goodness your still..." I trailed off when I hear a deep husky voice say "What...". I go quiet and stand still. As I stand there I hear him speak again. But I then realise that there are more, all men. I am positive I have heard these voices before, but where? "Are you okay?" I hear the man with the deep voice ask me. "Ye... yes..." I say in a unsure tone as I spin around slowly to face him... wait... omg... them! I feel like I am about to faint! I know where I have heard those voices before!
