THE TWIST OF LIFE

the first

It was a sunny day, a busy day. Things were going as planned, I was carried away with what was happening in front of me not realizing i was robbed and before i could scream he was nowhere to be found. I opened my bag and couldn't find my phone even my money was missing. God now i have to trek back home.

Mama sent me to get some things in the market. Thank God i bought everything she asked me to. Walking by the road side is kind of annoying, people driving and looking at me as if i'm carrying the face of a zombie.Walking by the road side makes me think of alot of things, now that i am done with secondary school, looking for admission is another thing.

My parents try their possible best to cater for our needs. Being the first born is a whole lot of responsibility. I have 4 siblings, two boys Aliyu and Adam. two girls raheena and fatima.Rahina is my imidiate younger sister which is why we are very close.She's in ss3, i'm two years older than her,she's 16 and i'm 18. she's fun to be with.she tells me almost everything and i also so the same, fatima is 13,in jss3. i do almost all the house chores soits exhausting...

As salamualaikum, i'm home. I went straight to the kitchen to keep the things i bought and straight to mama's room.

Mama ina wuni.                        

lafiya lau what took you so long, i tried ur number and it was swithed off.                                       

Oh yes about that, my phone was stolen. Before i could turn the theif was no where to be found.

Ya salam Aisha you need to be more careful.

Insha Allah mama i will. I need to go take a shower, i had a stressful day.

Okay but after that i need to discuss something with you.

I had a hot bath, which was a relief i needed it, after all that treking. God what a day!
I prayed Asr and recited some supplications.
I threw myself on the bed. What a life we live, its just unbelievable that i'm done with secondary school,i miss all my friends, i miss aslam the most, she's my bestfriend, all those crazy moments together...oh snap mama wanted to see me, i quickly stood up. tied my scarf and headed straight to mama's room.
