All she ever desired for was for people to welcome her not harm her.  They didn't actually beat her up, but they did wounded her soul. She was unique yes, but that's what made her a marvelous young woman. She had a few friends and she was tough with all of her illness. Even though, she didn't have any difficultly meeting new friends they had controversy with her lifestyle. She wasn't going to transform her life overnight just to get people to acknowledge her, but to display her trials and tribulations to the world. Her best friend Christina Britton accepted it because she had sickness as well, but not as many as Natasha. Christina and Natasha have been friends since they were twelve years old and meet at a Diabetes Camp. They had a bonded devoted friendship that no one could break their bonding.

Christina: Hey Natasha,
How are you doing today?

Natasha: Ughh I'm all right I guess.

Christina: What's wrong?

Natasha: Well, I'm in this brand new intern  program to be a Diabetes Educator.

Christina: That's tremendous. Congratulations Bestie! ( Embracing me. ) So what's wrong why you seem unhappy about this good news?

Natasha: Well, its hard to be cheerful when you have people who are so insulting and treat you indifferent.

Christina: I see. How so?

Natasha: Well, first off we were sitting at a round table discussing ideas to other doctors and nurses about diabetes management.

Christina: Okay. What happened?

Natasha: Well, both of us live this lifestyle everyday so we have became well rounded with the experience through the years. The other interns and a few doctors and nurses are not diabetics. So, every idea I came up with they knocked them down.
