1) Don't gossip, it's bad....why? Well, you wouldn't want bad things about yourself being spread.....same goes for that other person.
2) Don't take part in the gossip. Gossiping spreads like wildfire and it can damage a person's reputation. You wouldn't want that so you shouldn't do that to the other person.
3) Stop looking at a person's flaws. Look at what that person is good at. No one is perfect, but that doesn't mean we have to pick on every single flaw about them.
