I couldn’t forget that the guy I liked hated my guts.

“Well this is awkward,” Rob laughed. No one laughed with him.

“Olivia can I talk to you in private for a second?” Sarah asked.

I looked at Austin.

“No,” I responded.

“Then I guess I’ll just tell a certain someone a certain something,” she threatened.

I grabbed her arm and pulled her away.

“What do you want?” I asked.

“First off, you can’t say no to me, ever, or else I tell, you have to do whatever I say. Is that clear?” she asked coldly. I thought about this. Did I really care so much about Alex finding out that I’m letting her run my life?

Who am I kidding? If I say no to her again she’ll do more than that.

“Yes,” I muttered.

“Ok, so first things first, even if Alex forgives you, I want you to never talk to him EVER!” she smirked.

I can’t believe I was doing this. I slowly nodded, and we walked back over to them.

“Is everything alright Olivia?” Austin asked.

No.

“Yeah, everything’s fine,” I said and even pulled off a fake smile.

“Good,” he mumbled and turned back to talking to Tyler and Rob.

The bus pulled up in front of us, and everyone hopped on. I let everyone in first then I hopped on behind them. They all walked in and sat down, no seats were open next to them.

“Are you new? Sit next to me!” a voice pleaded next to me. It was a guy my age. His hair kind of looked like Austin and he had green eyes. He was wearing jeans and a t-shirt. I sat down next to him because I really had nowhere else to sit.

“Hi, my name’s Eddie,” he said in a British accent. Ohmyglob he was British J

“I’m Olivia,” I smiled.

“Nice to meet you Olivia. What brings you to Texas?” he asked.

“Um, I’m living with my cousin, Austin Mahone,” I explained and his mouth gaped open.

“You’re his cousin? You know he’s going to become famous one day! And we become like good friends! And then I’ll get some fame because I’ll be his cousins best friend!” he yelled in excitement.

I laughed.

“I sing and act. I’m trying to make it big! You know and go to Hollywood.” He explained.

“Well if you sing maybe I could get Austin to do a duet with you,” I suggested.

“YOU WOULD BE THE BEST FRIEND EVER IF YOU WOULD DO THAT!” he yelled.

“Whoa come down dude, we just met,” I laughed.

“Sorry, I only have like two friends and they’re both girls, it gets kind of annoying after a while.”

“I’m a girl too,” I exclaimed.

“Well you’re a PRETTY one!” he said and then covered his mouth.

“Thanks,” I blushed.

“Oh look there they are!” Eddie said, “Georgia, Leslie, come meet Olivia!”

Two girls my age walked over to us and sat in the row in front of us.

“Hi, Olivia, I’m Leslie and this is my friend Georgia,” Leslie said.

“Omg, I haven’t made new friends in a while. This is amazing. Oh my gosh. We have another friend. Sorry I just freak out over this stuff. Oh my gosh!” Georgia said excitedly. She was a little well… weird.

“Ignore her, she is really crazy,” Eddie warned me. I nodded and smiled.

“Oh guys, she is Austin Mahone’s cousin!” Eddie yelled at them. They gasped.

“Omg, he is soo hot! Can you set me up with him?!” Georgia pleaded.

“Can you set me up with Rob?!” Leslie screamed.

“Guys, I’ll try, just try to chill,” I said and laughed.

“Omg, so do you like anyone in the crew?” Leslie smirked. My smile disappeared.

“Are you okay?” Eddie asked. I nodded. Just forget about him, Olivia. He hates you, and you have new friends, better ones.

“I’m fine,” I muttered.

“Look forget I said anything,” Leslie said.

“Look guys, it’s fine okay? It’s just that let’s say this guy I like hates my guts,” I explained.

“Ooh, that’s got to sting,” Georgia said and Leslie hit her shoulder.

“You must feel horrible, but don’t worry, you have new friends now. We’ll help you forget about him,” Eddie smiled at me. I smiled back.

I just wish it was that easy…
