-Narrator POV-
Murr woke up, his eyes slowly opening, he looked up to see one of the barn's horses, Maggie. Murr sat up and tilted his head "how'd you get out the stables?" The Canine barked, the horse reared on her back legs before trying to calm "they aren't coming back!" She neighed in dismay, Murr shook his head intensely before turning away "that's a lie! Farmer Quinn would never ditch us" he frowned furiously. The border collie raced out of the barn and looked around frantically. The farm animals were not stable, they had all scattered around the farm full of worry about their owner. Murr heard a voice been called and turned around to see a fox, she was named Baffle. "Where's farmer Quinn? You should know where he is!" The fox asked as her eyes moved quickly looking for the farmer. Murr felt himself tremble, has his owner abandoned them?
I'm exited to carry on this story! I love this idea about Murr the collie, also I know Foxes don't love on farms, but she's a good friend of Murr's and doesn't steal their chickens.
