Ariah's POV

The day of the field trip I don't know why but I'm quite nervous like I honestly feel queasy, I don't bother to go to my locker since we'll be gone for the whole day so I head straight to my first period and chill until the class is finally settled my teacher speaks up.

"Okay class we'll be riding on bus forty two we'll be sharing a bus with an English class" My teacher announces

I wonder who's English class it is, I think Noelle has English first I honestly can't be bothered to remember but I really hope I'm not stuck with a bunch of people I don't know this trip is suppose to be fun, how am I suppose to have fun without friends?

"Ariah?" My teacher calls my name I look around to see the whole class already left this is so embarrassing.

"Sorry coming" I mumble, I head out of the school to the bus and when I step onto the bus I look to see the bus is basically filled so I walk down the aisle to find an empty seat when someone pulls me beside them.

"Ariah!" Noelle shouts excitedly and way to loudly

"YO NOELLE SHUT UP" Some boy shouts from the back of the bus I'm surprised she doesn't say anything back.

"Anyways.." She rolls her eyes, wow she's really not going to say anything back?

"Did you sneak on here?" I furrow my eyebrows

"No this is my English class" She shakes her head "That's why THAT IDIOT BACK THERE said something" She says loud enough for the guy to hear her.

"Don't get kicked off of the trip" I laugh

"Right anyways I'm glad you decided to come it would have been boring by myself" She huffs

"Very true" I nod 

The bus ride is long and boring Noelle had nothing else to say unless she said something about what she saw on Twitter that she found funny or if gushed over some song she was listening too.

"Ariah!" Noelle nudges me

"Huh?!?" I jump and look around quickly

"You fell asleep dude we're in New York!" She smiles brightly "And... The teachers told us that we can go look at venues by ourselves" She smirks.. I don't trust her.

"Are you sure?" I ask as we get off the bus walking away from others the teachers were hardly paying attention anyways.

"No" She chuckles as we get far away from our teachers

"NOELLE! We can get in major trouble!" I shout, this can't be happening how can she lie?!

"I have people covering up for us.. Now run!" She laughs pushing past people further down the street, oh yeah brilliant like they'll actually keep us covered the whole trip!

What have I gotten myself into? I'm an idiot and I should have stayed home I could have been sleeping or eating or something better than this! I am NOT going to chase after her.. okay maybe I am I'm definitely not roaming around New York by myself.
