Jen Tovar Leon's POV

"Why'd you bring us to a park?" I ask.

"I love this park. I practically grew up in it." He smiles softly.

"What do you mean?" (Trying to refrain myself from typing the lyrics to WDYM)

"My parents never really raised me, I guess you could say. They didn't care whether I came home on a Friday night or if I did my homework or not. So I would come here every day and just sit by that tree over there." He points to a tree across from us.

"Oh. I'm sorry, Calum. I didn't know."

"I know. It's okay, Jen. Don't worry about it."

"I just feel bad."

"Well you shouldn't. You didn't do anything wrong so please chill out."

I just get up from the bike and sit in front of him, wrapping my small arms around his neck, resting my head on his shoulder, sighing at the feeling.

He returns the favor by wrapping his muscular arms around my waist and rubbing my back soothingly.

I finally get up and start walking towards the street.

"Where are you going?" Calum's deep voice shouts.

"Just follow-"

"JEN!"

All of the sudden a street cleaner machine flies by me, almost hitting me.

"OH SHIT!!" I put my hand over my chest in exasperation, breathing heavily.

I hear heavy footsteps running towards me.

"Are you okay?? Oh my god..that scared the shit out of me." Calum says, wrapping his arms around me from the back.

"I'm good." I say, holding his hand, still breathing heavily.

"It's okay, baby girl." He says and my breath hitches in my throat at the pet name as he strokes my hair.

He seems to notice as his hands trickle down my waist and I can feel my eyes grow wide.

He snakes his strong arms around my waist and moves his head closer to me neck, his breath tickling my ear as he speaks.

"Do like when I call you baby girl, baby girl?" I can feel his smirk on my neck.

"Y-yes." I accidentally moan out and slap my hand over my mouth right after I let it slip.

"I um, uh. I should get going." I laugh nervously.

"Right." He furrows his brows. "Well hop on my bike and I'll take you to your house."

"Perfect since I caught a ride to school today."

"Don't you have your own car?" He questions.

"I'm almost 18. That's when I'm getting a car."

"Oh, cool."

The ride to my house is as silent as riding on a motorcycle can be.

When I get to my house I begin to walk up the steps and stop at my front door when he shouts.

"Hey Jen!"

"Yeah?" I chuckle.

"I'll see you tomorrow." He smirks.

"See ya bitch." I wink.

And with that I shut the front door and watch him speed away.

Hi.
