~{ 3 hours later }~
(I totally just wrote this in a SpongeBob voice and I have no shame)
"Bye guys thank you all for coming!" I say as I usher the last guest out of the door.
"Sky where are you?!" I hear Josh yell.
"Hey guys I'll be there in a minute!" yell down the hall to the guest room.
I quickly changed into my Harvard Med sweater and tights before putting my hair into a ponytail. A curly/wavy mess of a ponytail but oh freakin well, I'm tired
"Phew that's over now whatttt movie are we gonna watch," I say as I walk over the DVD player.
"Hello guys are you alive?"
I asked turning around to see everyone still dressed up, more skimpier in fact.
"Is there something I'm missing or are you guys playing dress up?" I ask still EXTREMELY PUZZLED.
Riley(Student Council Secretary and Josh's girlfriend)
walked up and placed a hand on my shoulder.
"Sweetheart why are you dressed in your pajamas?" , she asks still looking like an adorable lost puppy.
"Sky get back in there and get ready, we are going out!", Tori yells at me.
"Ummmm the party is over. Me no need to wear a dress or death traps.Me wear comfy clothing. Me happy. Me going to sleep. Get the picture?" I say trying my best to sound like a caveman.
"Sometimes I don't understand how you would make it through high school without me," Tori says placing a hand on her forehead and sighing.
"We are going to a party, an ACTUAL graduation party, so get dressed? We don't have all day." Alec says putting on his jean jacket.
I quickly look down and shut my eyes.
Party?! No ... You can't break Sky. Not after all that has happened you can't give in just ignore it. Just ignore him.
I put all my strength and energy into calming myself down and speaking in my usual sarcasm laced vocabulary.
I quickly put my hand in my hip and 'decipher'.
"Hmmmmn let me think. Option A., a party where dozens of drunk and sex crazed idiots stumble around waiting to rape me, NOT TO MENTION THE HEELS, or Option B. , stay home dressed comfortable and stiletto free with Oreos while watching White Chicks. GOSH THIS IS SUCH A HARD DECISION!" I say in the most sarcastic voice I could muster up.
"Come on Sky we've egged houses before, on Senior prank day you single handedly put half of the desks in building B on the auditoriums roofs, and when I tried to take Tori out on a nice picnic, you made sure the strawberries, sandwiches, and snacks were spoiled, before proceeding to put live crickets in the basket . It's not like you have a good girl rep to keep." Alec said.
"No, I'm not going, it's a recipe for disaster," I said in a firm tone.
"Okay well we are still going no matter how much we love you," Josh said putting one foot out the window and onto the tree a few inches away.
"It okay, I won't go I'll stay with you," Tori says putting her arm around my shoulder.
"No, you go, this is your last night of being a kid, I don't want to ruin that for you." I said while pushing her out the window to follow the others.
She nods her head and climbs out the window holding onto the tree before saying, "We will probably be out late so you don't have to wait up for us, love you" before jumping down.
"BE SAFFFEE!" I yell before laughing and sticking my head back in the in the window.
