Asylum: the apprentice

Intro

Walking down the stairs you put your nails along the wall, engraving it with your mark creating a screeching sound. The patients whined in annoyance,you smiled to yourself before reaching the head room and quickly opened the door. There in the swirling seat sat the man himself, Luciano.

"Hello sir" You said politely bowing my head. He chuckled and looked you in the eyes sending a shiver down your spine.

¨Hello (y/n)." He said leaning forward in his chair resting his chin on his palm.

"What is it that you wanted me to hear?" you said without emotion, how you were trained.

Luciano smirked and looked to the side, "you're being transferred." He said bluntly.

You froze, breath hitching as you gripped the side of your outfit "what."

"What's the matter, did you not hear, your being transferred to another asylum, institution whatever the fuck it's called these days." He said standing.

you looked to the ground keeping your view on the the floor refusing to make eye contact with Luciano who was approaching.

"Aww, don't tell me you're going to miss me?" He said grabbing your chin forcing you to look at his smudged face.

Tears threatened to fall from your face, but was Luciano the reason why tears began to form? No, you didn't want to leave that's the reason,  but maybe...it be a good start from the crazy patients and your sadistic ways. But then again it was just a different asylum.

Luciano looked at you and glared, "Maybe you won't miss me after all, but this is for safe travels," he took your face into his hands and pressed his lips to yours. Wrapping your arms around his neck as he did the same with your back. It was simple and cute in your opinion, a nice farewell gift.

As soon as it started it was interrupted by lutz. He smirked as soon as you separated and laughed, " sorry for interrupting you two but I just wanted to say farewell to my babe" You blushed and looked down as Luciano squeezed your hand in rage.

Lutz came up to you and kissed your forehead and grinned, "have a nice trip." You nodded and walked out with a blush on your cheeks. You walked out of the institution, not like you needed anything from your office,it was all worthless.

Turning around to take one more glance you saw in the window Luciano and lutz watched as you left. Lutz was frantically waving and Luciano just watched, but his eyes told you something else. They were filled with sorrow, guessing he was the one who was going to miss someone, you.

You walked up to the metal gates and there was Koro, he smiled quickly and bowed his head. You did the same and waited for the gates to open. The gates slowly slide open creating a loud rasping sound, you had grown use to it and as soon as there was enough space for you to go threw you slipped out quickly and went to your car.

You put your seatbelt on and drove out of the horror place. You looked in your rear view window to see the gloomy building starting to grow smaller. You sighed and looked forward off to the new place you were assigned to, Luciano who was dreading he sent you away forgot to mention you would be an apprentice.

You awoke to the sound of your alarm, you stretched and slammed your palm on to the snooze button. You smiled happy to not waking up to the sound of yelling or smell of chemicals. As you were about to get up your phone began to ring, you grabbed your phone and answered.

"Hello." You said with a little smile on your face.

"You sound happier already." Luciano's voice came out low and mad.

"Yup, happy to get out of that torture chamber." You said with an even bigger smile but a little bit of mischief in your voice, wanting to push Luciano to the edge.

"What ever it's not like I miss you." He said trying to sound mad.

"Oh that good because I didn't miss you either." You said almost laughing.

"What the fuck!! I didn't sleep last night because of you not here you dam women!" He yelled Into the phone. 

You laughed and that's when he realized you were playing around. He started to stutter and you could feel the steam of his red face threw the phone.

"Don't worry Lucy, I've been missing you since I left." You said entering the bathroom.

"Oh well....heh well this might be funny because of what just happened but I forgot to mention your an apprentice in your new-" you didn't let him finish, you had already hung up.

You looked into the mirror into front of you and screamed.

You exited your car and stepped onto the grass, your shoes sunk into the grass. You scoffed as you walked towards the asylum. It was strange you never seen one so perfect? It looked like a five star hotel and it had a pond in the front. You stepped onto the porch and knocked on the large wooden doors. You brushed your outfit off and fixed your sunglasses.

You smiled when you saw the person open the door, he had blonde slicked back hair and piercing blue eyes, he looked sort of like lutz. You smiled but he only gestured for you to come in.

You walked in and looked as you saw multiply shoes along the ground. You took off your heels making you seem even smaller compared to the man.

"Hello there."

"Hi"

"You must be...."

"The apprentice."

"....what"

"sorry, I'm  (y/n)"

"Oh (l/n), yes I've been expecting you. Follow me, but I want to warn you, the patients been expecting you too."

You rose your eyebrow but still followed him in to the seemingly friendly asylum.

"What's your job?" You asked trying to start a conversation.

"I'm one of guards." He said blankly stopping the conversation from building.

You followed him into a similar room like Luciano's but more well built. Inside a man sat in a wooden chair.

"Thank you Ludwig, you may go." He said and the guard or Ludwig left the room.

You stood there awkwardly as the man looked you up and down, "welcome (Y/n), I heard you just been told you were going to be an apprentice here." He said.

"Yes, but it's alright." You said trying to sound normal even though you were steaming inside.

"Well then, I'm Arthur Kirkland." He says holding out his hand. You walk forward grabbing his hand which was bigger then yours and colder.

"Make your self at home. You can pick any room that's vacant." He said and looked down working on his papers.

You turned around and walked to the door. Looking In Both directions you saw no body, it was strange usually there would be at least a few staff members wandering around.  

Walking around you saw that this asylum was the exact same as the other one, so you approached what was your "room" but in this new place.

Opening the door you saw.......your dream room? It had everything you wanted, had they been expecting you? You shrugged it off and exited your room. You walked down the hallways trying to find some who worked here.  

As you turned the corner you saw three men talking, one had noticed you and waved which followed by the other two to look at you.
