Chapter -17

Crys pov

As of 2:05 A.M today the rest of the world has disappeared

The U.S.A is next in line

I might as well just kill myself

The world was ending and we left a child to save us

I sort of felt like there was nothing I could do but sit and watch

Rose was my only hope for this world

I just couldn't forget the look she gave me as they took her away

Her eyes had lost the light that was once in them

When I find her I'm going to never let her go

I mean who is she and why are these men after her?

"Minx I think we need to find a better means of transportation then this junk car" I said putting my feet over Felix

"What brilliant idea do you have then?" She said

"A tank...or boat..or plane!" I said getting up

"All of those sound horrible and none of us can fly a plane!" Minx said

I crossed my arms as I looked up

"Minx we are getting no where with this!" I screamed

We all sat in silence

Roses pov

We had stopped at a mattress store we had to break in

I took the first one I saw

We went in storage and found some blankets

As soon as we laid out our stuff I stood up for a bit

I couldn't think of sleep right now

Logan was in the bed right next to me

I looked at myself and saw that I was completely dirty

I looked around to see if there was any way to clean myself

I went outside and saw a gym next door

I quickly walked over and tried to open the door

It wasn't locked

I went inside and turned on the light switch and surprisingly it worked

I walked around until I saw a sower room

I ran in there as fast as I could

I ran to a shower and turned the knob to see if it worked

I felt hot water hit my hand

"Oh thank you!" I screamed as I begun to take my cloths off

I heard footsteps and I turned to see Logan there

We stood there in silence as I stood there in my bra and underwear

I felt my face get red and he quickly turned around

"I..I was just worried since I saw you rush out I followed you..but I see your busy" He said

"No..it's ok" I said ducking in the shower

"Well do you mind if I shower then?" He said as I heard him unbuckling his pants

I heard another shower running and I smiled

At least we're together right?
