"Megan! Wake up! We're almost at the border with Nevada." Kate shouted. "God, Kate, you didn't to shout!" I shouted back at her. Other than the mountains and countless trees there’s nothing interesting to look at. According to the guide, the next town is Garrison, Utah. The population's less than 90 and they don't offer any services at all. So we decided to skip the town and head to the next town which is in Nevada. A town named Baker. The population is even smaller with 70 people and they offer a lot of services so that's our next town.

The whole way to Baker, they were using Kevin's iPod with Lana del Rey playing. No offense to them but with her songs the whole mood inside the RV made the the trip even gloomier so I removed Kevin's iPod and put mine. He was like, "What the hell? It was almost the good part!" Then I told him, "Sorry, we're not filming a 1950s themed music video for Lana del Rey featuring the wonders of Utah." "Whatever," he said. I plugged my iPod and started playing some R&B. Ah, better, I thought.
