Part 2: Somewhere safe

Start from the beginning

His large palm clasped down onto her mouth, blurring her plead. "Why are you running away from me? Don't you want to be saved? Don't you wish to be held away from all the bad the world has to offer? I am trying to help you," He growled warningly in her ear.

A whimper bolted from her lips.

She goggled at the door, wanting to reach for her help but failed miserably. Instead, the stained wooden door was pried open with a shove , sending the door onto the ground and a man around his fifties holding a pistol in his hands and a policemen uniform as his attire. She sighed in relief at his sight but lamented it because soon as she calmed her body, a sharp rigid object was placed onto the skin of her neck. A knife. Every bone of her body froze and all she could do at that very second was blame herself for every bad thing she has done in her life as well as staring up at her only use of protection with pleading and worry.

"This is the police! Put your hands up where I can see them! Let the girl go, now," He demanded, raising up the gun to Isaac's vision.

He pressed the knife deeper into her skin, deep enough for some blood to trickle from her flesh in little forms of beads. She gagged at the feeling which soon brought tears to her eyes. She believed she was going to perish. That she was soon to be non-existence to the world. And she was going to leave behind the only people in her life that mattered.

Mom

Dad

.....Jason

I am so so sorry

She told herself converting a cry to leave her lips.

"Who are you to tell me what to do? I do whatever I want to now leave." He hollered in immense anger bringing Delilah to flinch under his touch.

"Put her down now! Isaac!"

The police officer charged his gun and aimed straight at his head, but once he pulled back the trigger no sound was heard, the loud noise off chaos was fictitious because it never came, the gun was out and had to be reloaded.

Isaac was the kind of young man who took the opportunity when they came knocking at your door. He never had regrets and if somehow he did they would have still been made with a reason. He loosened his grip on Delilah, allowing his pocket knife to fall down onto the ground and away from his fingers which were a great threat to the poor girl's existence. Isaac paced forward down to the man who was struggling to reload his gun but before he even got far, he stroke at the cops forehead with the back of his knife letting him scramble out cold to the ground and the girl he held in his arms' world tumbling down.

An ear piercing scream fell from her lips, regaining her to fall down to her knees and the tears to duplicate.

"Is he dead? Why did you kill him?" She sobbed and ripped her arm from his grasp, holding back the fresh wound that formed on her neck which after all the immense action gave her the permission to finally feel. It stung and numbed her action to feel her throat. She couldn't help but stare deeply at the man in front of her which she believed dead causing her body to tremble in caliginous fear.

Isaac just sighed and wrapped his fingers once more around her but this one time draping a long and warm clothes over her body. She wished to pull away but her body seemed to long for the warmth that the blanket produced.

He walked past the entrance of the motel room bringing her with him which was quite a struggle with her grapple movements which took her nowhere. All she did was cry, scream, and struggle as he paced down the hallway and the stairs of the motel. She studied the place in fear. She wasn't at her home, or at Talen's party either. Everything now gave her common scenes.

Once he hurried down the stairs a black van parked inches away from them, catching her back in surprise. The van doors slid wide open revealing two broad men in ski masks which soon pulled both Isaac and her in, slamming the doors shut.

Isaac glanced down at her in worry, his eyebrows furrowing and his fingers tracing the blood that devoured her face.

"Where are we going?" She questioned in fear as her stomach tied in knots.

He caressed her cheek and stared down at her with a soft yet cynical smile. "Somewhere safe."
