Joseph lifted his arms, he stops them mid air as he pointed out his index finger. "The continent were never divided. Rather, it was sabotaged." He answered as he pointed out on a certain country on the map laid out on the blackboard by Miss Jane. A beautiful history lecturer almost too young to be a professor in this elite university, but she did it, and she's fierce and proud about it. Hence why she's very strict especially on marking quizzes and tests.

"A job well done once again, Mr. Smith." She smiled almost seductively, while eyeing Joseph.
He grinned, bow slightly and he sat down feeling terribly good.

Both of them have had something going on.. something rather.... intimate? maybe. Maybe not.

A group of seniors was hanging out in the local café 'Apple'. Pretty standard, nothing grand but it gets the job done. By that I mean the luxurious food to pick plus the affordable price really would make Apple's Café full especially during peak hours.

"Man I wish I could just bang her you know, like duuuude she's so hot" One of the seniors said in a blaring manner while having both hands pointed out to the groin area as he thrusted them slightly forward. A sexual expression maybe, but he looked terrible doing it. All his mates laughed in response to him, some even have to force the laugh. But even so they're all equally assholes for only looking at women as something as low as a sexual object, a material. He kept blabbering on with his mates and the occasional laugh followed after.

"Man isn't this lively?, we've got jokers to brighten up this already noisy cafe." Ahmad said in a slightly loud and sarcastic voice. "Eh bisinglah sial."
"Sial." a Malay slur most commonly used amongst the Malaysian youth.
Joseph, and his friends laughed, talk, gossiped, and drink as they eat their dinner in the café.

"I'm very sorry my friends but I really got to go." Rhanesh said in a hurry as he sat his fork and spoon down on the mountain of rice smothered by curry with bits of mutton meat in an 'x' manner. He'd then hurriedly walked away from the table before stealing a small glance towards the seniors.

"Okay ciao! heh heh heh", "more food for me" Kevin said, while having his palms rubbed together as he eyed the plate. Alejandro, knowing that Kevin would ask for Rhanesh's plate instinctively passed it to Kevin while he continues to reminisce with Ahmad.

Everyone just nodded at Rhanesh's farewell and continued their talkings and eating. Except for Joseph, he noticed the odd behaviour portrayed by Rhanesh. Sure Rhanesh was quite fidgety and as some might say a scaredy-cat but something was not right, Rhanesh would never, ever, not finish his usual order of 'Nasi tambah kari kambing' (Mutton curry with double rice).

Joseph turned towards the location that Rhanesh was looking and he noticed that the seniors were, like them talking and also eating but at the same time, looking towards Joseph's table and giving them this sorta smug face.

It would seem that they have been carefully watching Joseph and his friends for quite some time now. Some of them even eyed Rhanesh's slightly awkward movement as he moved away from Apple's Café. It wasn't his fault, that he had to walk dragging his left foot, limping like a zombie. He had a car accident a few years back when Rhanesh was still in high school. His left leg was severely wounded and they call it a miracle that Rhanesh survived with only a leg wound. Little did they know that Rhanesh basically traded his life for his father's.

The doctors had to amputate half of Rhanesh's left leg because it was already infected. During that time Rhanesh was wheelchair bounded for what he would assume for the rest of his life. It was very frustrating and stressful for Rhanesh to move around and so he didn't. He stopped going out of his room and he just couldn't stopped blaming himself for the death of his beloved father.

This upsets his mother greatly, but she wasn't just going to drag her only family that she love down with being sad, no. She's strong. Like all mothers, she's a superwoman. She began supporting Rhanesh both physically and mentally until Rhanesh was well and was socialising normally in High school. But because of his lack of movement Rhanesh began to gain weight. It wasn't until recently that Rhanesh was able to walk again, this time it wasn't with crutches. The doctors have attached a fully functioning bionic leg and as of now he is still trying to get use to walking with it.

"Ah so that explains Roy's behaviour." Joseph thought. Roy is Rhanesh's nickname. Given by his course members during their so called ice-breaking session, a traditional event passed down by the seniors of Rhanesh's course (course xxx), followed by some 'games' created specifically to physically and emotionally torture freshmen. That's how Roy would say it. Roy despise physical activities, especially with his brand new leg. He would sometimes imagine that he's the son of a legendary pirate, captured by 'red coats' and is given impossible jobs and tasks for Roy to complete.

"bro bro bro don't look but remember the jokers you mentioned? I think they're on to us." Joseph said softly while pretending to eat as he picked some left over chicken bones from his plate and chew them.

Ahmad, despite Joseph's discreet warning, slammed his hand on the table, pushed his seat violently and shouted "EH SINI LAH SIAL!"
*Translates : "Come at me, imbeciles!"

"Why did you do that?" Alejandro sigh. "You know how prideful Ahmad is and how hotheaded he is." he continued calmly.

Truthfully he had already predicted that this would happen with the seniors and Ahmad. They're childhood friends anyway. You might even say they're brothers. What else would brothers do beside being at each other's throats and beating the living crap out of each other? They cared for each other, they look after one another, and they'll bleed together.

Alejandro, a humongous guy, has a body built like a body builder stood proudly next to Ahmad.

"Amigo, let's not do this, eh. Let's not get into trouble in our first day. Por fabor."

Alejandro said in a convincing manner, yet he is already in his stance, fist clenching.

By then the seniors have already stood up, all in one motion, in unison, fully prepared for a verbal argument as well as physical and yet it was almost surprisingly funny. Some of Joseph's friends almost bursted out laughing but they didn't. They just let out a small giggle or cover their mouth instead, because they knew things were going to get heated. Some of the seniors were quite alarmed at Alejandro's height and size. His chest, almost bursting out of his 'double xl' Polo shirt, neatly tucked inside a grey slack trousers or at his big arms, tightening around the sleeves. They knew at a glance, that if Alejandro would land his fist, it will be fatal.

Yes, that's how important first impression is to Alejandro. Even at 7pm, even when he's going out with the boys, he'd still go out looking smart. Contrary to his brother, Ahmad, only wore a simple short-sleeved black T-shirt that had "Mother Függer" In large font printed on it, wore his old trusty flip flops and a knee-length flower beach pants. A pretty cliché Malay wardrobe choice but as how Ahmad would describe it, "Comfy-lah easy to get in and out of a fight."

"It's about time we clobber these clowns." One of the bigger senior said, confidently as he began to crack his fist. He wasn't anything special but from his slightly fit football jersey, showing his muscular build, they knew he was strong. Strong enough to probably fight head to head with Alejandro. Plus they have the numbers on Joseph's gang.

Little did they know about the dynamic duo, the legendary duo, the Double A. Ahmad and Alejandro. Ahmad have been jailed for several petty crimes, and one of which he considers severe was from this brutal street fight, if Alejandro hadn't tackled Ahmad to the side of the road Ahmad may have fisted the guy to the death. Why? because he fucked with the wrong guy. If Alejandro was even a second late, the guy could've died from probably brain concussion and internal bleeding. Nothing happened, the police came right after Ahmad was pinned down by Alejandro.

Their fighting styles are very different from each other very much so like their personality, because of this both of them accommodate each other.
Recklessly fighting without giving any thought about his 'victim' and the other would back him up, fighting calmly and always calculating for the best moves that prioritises success over failure.
