"I think she's in here." Ally said, pointing to the music room.
"Of course, like original like clone." I said, as we both entered the music room, me closing the door behind me.
"Ugh, there you are!" Ally exclaimed, running to clone Ally. "I love you, but you have to go."
"No, I wanna stay." Clone Ally said. "I really like this school, don't send me back!"
Ally looked at me, and pulled me to the side, then whispered.
"Where does she go when she's not here?"
"The lost and found kingdom." I replied, as she scrunched her eyebrows. "Everything that's lost, missing, like that missing sock, it all ends up there, including people."
"How come I never heard of this before?" She questioned.
"You never asked, now come on, hold her."
Ally quickly grabbed clone Ally, as she struggled to escape.
"Quick! Cast a spell!" Ally exclaimed, struggling to hold her.
"One problem." I said, unsurely.
"What?!?" She blew, as I sighed.
"I can't do it."
"What? What do you mean you can't do it?" She asked.
"I tried, but I can't do it. It just doesn't work, I guess...I guess, my magic's...just not strong enough." I confessed, as she froze, and took a deep breath.
"Fine, that leaves me."
"Oh noo way." I dragged the 'o.' "If I can't do it, you can't do it. Your magic's weak."
"Just let me try." She spat, as I sighed, and held onto Ally #2.
She steadied herself, and cleared her throat, then looked at me.
"What spell is it again?"
"Make one up, it's stronger when you make one up." I advised her, as she nodded, and focused on clone Ally, as she tried to get free, but not on my watch.
"Okay." Ally said, taking in a deep breath. "I can do this." Come on Ally, you can do this. "She's been known as my double, send her back 'cause she's causing much trouble!" She snapped her fingers, as clone Ally closed her eyes, ready for the impact, but nothing.
Ally sighed.
"I can't do it."
She gave up, and sat down on the bench, as I remembered something.
'Magic is the strongest, when more than one person is doing it.'
That's it!
"Ally, get up." I said, as she got up slowly. "Hold my hand."
"Ew, I am not holding your hand, and I've said that, many times." She stated, as I rolled my eyes.
"Just do it." She sighed, and held my hand, and we trapped clone Ally in between us. "Follow my lead, we're gonna say this spell together."
"What? Can we even do that?"
"Yes, we can, but it's gonna take a lot of concentration, you up for it?" She nodded, positively. "Okay. Repeat after me. Since she's been here, she's been doing everything wrong."
"Since she's been here, she's been doing everything wrong." Ally repeated.
"Send her back, to the place she belongs."
"Send her back, to the place she belongs." Ally echoed, as I opened my eyes, and clone Ally wasn't there anymore. "We did it." Ally said, slowly. "We did it!!"
She jumped up, and out of nowhere, hugged me.
She pulled back immediately, once she realized what she just did.
"That stays between me and you." She warned, as I nodded. "Wait what time is it?"
I checked my phone.
"11:48, why?" I asked, as her eyes widened.
"The talent show!" She exclaimed, and ran out, as I followed behind.
She was running so fast, that I could barely see her.
"Slow down, you're gonna fall!" I exclaimed, but se didn't listen.
Instead, she went even faster.
"Ally watch the-" it was too late, she slipped on the stairs, and went tumbling down. "Steps." I finished, and ran to her. "Are you okay?"
She held her head in pain, than looked down at her ankle.
"Ow, my ankle really hurts."
"Let me see." Before I even touched it, she flinched and let out an 'ouch!' "Let's try to get you up."
I tried standing her, but she would always go back down.
"Jax ow, I don't think I can get up. Oh no, the talent show! How am I gonna dance like this? I promised Dallas!"
"Okay calm down." I assured her. "we can fix this."
"How?"
"Simple, magic."
"Don't you think we've had enough magic for today?"
"Do you wanna dance in the talent show or not?"
She sighed.
"Okay." She gave in, as I focused on her ankle.
Healing spells are difficult, and I'm still a bit washed out from getting rid of clone Ally. I don't know how I'm gonna do this.
I did the spell in my head, and snapped my fingers, as she tried getting up, but failed miserably.
"Why didn't it work?"
"I'm afraid I'm still washed out from the previous spell."
"No, no no no!" She shouted, frustrated. "What am I gonna do now?"
"Don't worry-"
"This is all your fault!-"
"Wha?-how is this my fault?"
"You're the one who created Ally #2, which caused me to find out she was still there, and me to try to get rid of her, causing me to be late, which led me to this. So yeah, it's all your fault!" She blamed.
"Why do we always have to go back to that?" She crossed her arms. "Okay fine, maybe it is my fault, and I'd be happy if you stop talking, and let me do something about this." She stayed quiet. "Thank you."
I swung her over my shoulders, and rushed to the theatre. Oh boy, I'm in a heap load of trouble.
