In the Autumn colours; we come to the end,
Samhain signals the end of the Year.
In the Winter sleeps; we come to the beginning,
Samhain signals the beginning of the year.
The Goddess of Fall; we wish you good rest,
The Goddess of Night; we welcome you here.
Praise be to those we revere,
Sleep well those we love whom have gone on.
We celebrate this night of passing,
We see the cold as it covers the Earth.
Hail to those for whom we hold dear,
Farewell to those who must pass this way.
Give us this our New Year wishes,
Bless us all who walk this Path.
Hail to you our Sacred Ones,
Guard the Veil: Oh Powerful Ones.
