Chapter 2

-Hope-

Class had just started and I could tell Mr. Biersack was in a shitty mood. Great. "Today you will be writing an essay on your life so far. I expect quality work, not the stuff you wrote in 4th grade." he glared in our direction, and locked his eyes on mine. He handed us our grading rubrics and we started our drafts. "Oh I would like those drafts done today by the end of class. 5 Paragraphs, get going." he said walking to his desk. 5 fucking paragraphs? well they don't call this Honors English for nothing. I finally finished and made my way up to his desk. He looked up at me and snatched the paper out of my hand.

"Thank you Hope, please take a seat." he mumbled. I nodded and sat back down. What's got him so pissed off? The bell rang and we all left the classroom.

"Juliet I can't fucking do this anymore." I sighed running my hands through my hair. "Andy I'm sorry but what do you expect me to do?! you're always out teaching those slutty high schoolers when you should be here with me!" she hissed. "Not everything is about you!" I screamed back. She looked offended. "Are you kidding? you are making this ALL about you. If you would've just stuck with your music career none of this would be happening! you make good money in the music career. Why do you have to teach at a high school too?!" she yelled. "I'm passionate about these students graduating! I'm helping them succeed! and YOU spend all MY money on shit YOU want! Just..GET OUT!" I yelled punching the wall, causing a hole to appear. Juliet grabbed her jacket and slammed the door behind her. I was NOT in the mood for anyone's shit. I put on my dress shirt and dress pants and shut the door behind me.

I entered my classroom to see all my students quietly at their desks. I handed them their rubrics and instructed them to get started. I walked to my desk and sat in the chair staring down. Why are girls so difficult?
