Men In Black

Alex was quiet the whole way to the hospital, just thinking of the letters.

What where all those letters for? Why where they all locked away? And there's the letter in her pocket. Who is that from its not in my handwriting?

"We're here miss." said Jane as she opened the door.

"Thank you."Alex walked out and started walking to her mothers room. She had woke up and Alex has been by her side for the whole day. Talking and comforting her mother, after awhile, Alex walked to the cafeteria. When she came back she over heard Jane the doctor and her mother talking.

"You may go home but..."

~The House~
Just around the corner parked on the other side of the road. A black car held two male figures.

One opened the driver door. "Come on, their gone, get the stuff." one said lowly, getting out a black car. He was tall and thin, wearing all black from head to toe. The other was short and wearing matching clothing. "Paul, don't forget the gass." the tall one said and seemed to be in charge from the way he was ordering the other around.

"Right. So Cane, what's in the bag?" the short one asked as he shut the back door and quickly scampered across the yard and to the front door where Cane waited.

Cane's shoulders seemed to slump. He gave a groan and took the bag from his hand. "Paul you seem to have no clue what's going on, we just talked about it at the meeting weren't you listening?" Cane sneered as he quickly grabbed a few items in the bag. "Watch my back, tell me if anyone walks by." Cane ordered as he kneeled down and faced the door. Quickly he started to pick the lock, being stuck with someone like Paul, who didn't use his brain, made him worry. It was like taking a very loud child with him.

"Cane, you know me, just tell me in my language." Paul said scratching the back of his head.

Paul could only groan. "I should just leave you to burn here." he mumbled under his breath. A familiar click was heard and he push the door open. Cane grabbed the bag and quickly stepped in.

Paul followed behind. "Come on, just tell me."

Cane rolled his eyes, "Fine we are going to make the house go bye-bye." he sarcasticly replied as if he was talking to a five year old.

Paul gave him an are-you-serious look that was ignored by the other.

Cane could only smirk, "Our client wants us to kill his wife. Apparently, she owns quite a few of his companys and he doesn't like it. He wants it to look like an accident and he wants certain documents to be destroyed. So we are going to set the house on fire."

They both took a good look at the house. It probably had 5 bedrooms and two living rooms. Once you walked in, you knew they had money.

Paul gave a whistle, "So is he doing it for money?" he asked as he looked around the house.

"I don't think so, he is a rich guy himself." Cane shrugged as he silently walked up the stairs and down the hallway.

"Why else then?" Paul asked as he pressed himself against the wall and pushed open a door.

"Don't ask me, I just do the job that was given to me." Cane walked into an office before turning around and setting down the duffle bag. "Now pour the gas around the house." Cane ordered as he went into the drawers and started dumping the contents inside. "Hurry before we're noticed."

"Right!" Paul quickly grabbed the canten of gasoline before stepping out and dumping the gasoline out around the house.

Cane watched him go before going back to his own job l, "Nice to know that you aren't entirely useless." he grumbled. Both quickly did their jobs before Cane stepped back to look at his handy work.

Opening the window in the office, Paul quickly jumped down and Cane put one foot out. He dug into his pocket and took out a box off matches. Taking one he swipped it and saw the flame before throwing it in the office.

They quickly jogged to the car, Cane on the driver side. Shutting both doors they drove off, leaving a burning house behind.

"Hey I wanted to do that part." Paul said as the turned to a different street.

Cane scoffed, "Shut up."
