The door opened, revealing a tealnette reading a light novel on the bed. When he heard the unfamiliar sound, he turned his attention away from the book and to the nurse that just came in, bringing a tray filled with all kind of medicine. The patient took a deep breath, knowing all of it was for him.

"Kuroko-kun, it's time for your injection." Why did you have to say that? He thought to himself, slipping a bookmark in between the pages of the book before placing it on the table beside the bed.

The nurse took one of the syringe, bringing it to the phantom's arm before inserting the needle in. Tetsuya flinched slightly, biting his lower lip. Once the needle was out, he released a heavy sigh before taking the pills that the nurse was handing to him. Swallowing said medicines, he gave the cup back to the nurse and wiped the water that escaped from the end of his lips.

"You're going to sleep soon, so you should lie down now." She said, helping the patient lie down. She was grateful that despite being a third year student, the Aquarius wasn't that rebellious than her past patients.

He lied down and looked at the nurse. "Are they here?" There was a little hope in his tone, but he sighed when it was useless. "No, but your brother is here. Would you want to see him?"

He nodded, and the nurse went out. The door opened again and a raven sent inside.

Tetsuya sat down, his eyes feeling heavy, though. "Rei." The other greeted, and the elder shook his head, walking towards his brother and forcing him to lie down. "Idiot, you're still weak. You need rest." He frowned, pouting before lying down.

"The basketball team got awarded for being the best team earlier." Rei sat on a chair beside the bed, but Tetsuya stared out the window, exhaling deeply. "I don't care. I'm not on the team anymore, remember?" He heard the irritated tone, and shook his head. You really hate them, don't you?

Slowly, the medicine took over and the Teikō student fell asleep. The elder Kuroko stood up and placed a kiss on his forehead, caressing his head. "Good work today. I'll come back tomorrow. Goodnight, Tsuya-chan."

The phantom looked around his surroundings, furrowing his brows. He soon saw his younger self sitting on the swings, alone. Not that it was unusual.

Rei suddenly walked towards him, hugging the latter. "Let's go back and treat that wound of yours." Surprisingly, Tetsuya shook his head and pulled his hand away from the other, pushing the elder man away.

Rei, already annoyed with his brother's actions, crosses his arms and raised a brow while looking at the younger Kuroko. "What are you doing? Germs will go in that wound. Do you want bad things to happen to you?"
