My POV:
So ever wonder why we get depressed as girls? My answer for that (MY OPINION) sometimes us as girls don't really know how to express ourselves so we act out differently.
Example!
*We may want to hurt ourselves in ways that are not good but feels that way.
*Some of us cut, some try to hang and some overdose.
I know how you feel that's why I wrote this chapter, don't feel that you're crazy, because you are not, you just don't know how to deal with it and that's okay, I was like that...kinda still do.⛅
What to do???
Mhm okay there is many ways to handle things like this....talk to a parent or teacher or friends any adult just let someone know what you are going through and how you feel.(Make sure if it's a friend that you trust them first)✨
Kill them with kindness not a gun or knife but kindness!
What I like to do when I feel down???
*Listen to music (Any kind...I strongly encourage listening to Demi Lovato)
*Make a journal (Don't buy one.....make one that expresses you...treasure it)
*Read stories (Wattpad....has so many relatable stories if not read what suits you)
*Find a hobby to help you express yourself better (Drama....Singing...Designing....Painting)
*Surround yourself with positive people, those that like you for you and not some wanna be.
