At town, the young lady was happily looking around the shops and is just having a walk around while her butler was close behind her. At the corner of her eye, she sees a young child looking at a doll on display in the toy store.

The child clearly wants the doll but base on her looks, she or her parents dont have the luxury of purchasing presents. So she approached the child.

"Excuse me."
"...."
"I saw you looking at that doll." The young lady pointed to the doll in the shop.
"..."
"Do you want it?"
"... Y... Yes madam..."
"I see... Stay there ok." The young child nodded and the lady went in.

It wasn't long but when she got out, the doll was in her hands and she approached the child. Her eyes were on the doll. The young lady handed the doll to her.

"Here. Take it."
"H-huh? B... But madam I... I don't have money to pay you."
"Its alright. You don't need to pay me."

The young child slowly took the doll to her arms and smiled as she looked at the little present she received. She looked at the lady and said her thanks before leaving.

Then the young lady's stroll continued.

"You're still as kind as ever my lady."
"I know how it feels to long for something Claude-san. My family wouldn't be what it is today without my father's hard work and desire for wealth and power."
"Master (last name) was indeed a man who loves power."
"He loved power to much. But alas, he couldn't take that power with him in the after life."

Soon they were at the tailor's shop. The tailor, Pumpkins, greeted them.

"Ah my darling (name), how are you? And how may I help you?"
"I'm fine as ever Pumpkins. And I would like you to make me a costume for a haloween ball."
"Oh a haloween ball! How lovely."

Pumpkins began to take her measurements and began to discuss her ideas for her costume. And after all that, they went back to the mansion.

Timeskip to later that evening

"Tonight's a beatiful night isn't it?"
"It is my lady."

The young lady was looking at the beautiful midnight blue sky adorned with millions of glimmering stars. The wind blew and she ran her hands up and down aginst her shoulders. The butler gently drapped her robe on her shoulders and she thanked him.

"There's something bothering you my lady."
"You noticed huh."
"What is it?"
"Well... The Boudelairs and the (surname)s haven't been in friendly terms for years and it just doesn't make any sense that they'd send me an invitation for a ball."
"True. The head of the Boudelairs had a heated conversation with your father before."
"I know... And so I have an order for you, Claude-san."
"And that is?"

The young lady faced her butler. The seal located on her chest glowed and her butler's eyes glowed. "Find out what they're planning and if its anything that involves me, the family business or anything connected to me, put an end to it."

Her butler smiled and gave a kiss on the back of her hand then looked at his beautiful lady. "Yes, my lady."

Timeskip

The day of the Boudelair haloween ball arrived. And Pumpkin has already finished and shipped the costume to the young lady.

As of now, the lady was on her way to the Boudelair mansion. Claude couldn't accompany her on the way but she insisted that she's alright.

The young lady was dressed as a devil. Dressed in a simple yet elegant black and red ball gown, her hair was fixed in a/an (elegant hairstyle), perfectly applied makeup on her face and her nails were painted blood red with black designs at the tips.
